I went in for a basic tire repair for my truck and everything went downhill. The service representatives in the office were more about shop talk amongst themselves than with the customers paying money everything went downhill. The conversation being had was very ignorant and inappropriate for customers in earshot of them. The mechanics needed to use my own tool for my spare tire to raise back under my truck because they said it's specific to the truck, even though it's a mechanic shop specific to vehicle I brought in. My existence was blown off because it was assumed I wasn't in there for a repair that required payment, but I paid money for my tire fix. The mechanic who brought me my truck, who was COVERED in filth and sweat from the days work, brought it around to me with no coverings on the seats, steering wheel or console and left dirt, sweat trails, and grease all over the driver side of my truck.
