This particular visit was great. Jarrett the service advisor was awesome. The only negative no vacuum & car wash. There were some issues with final paperwork by Jarret, and Chris stayed later than he was supposed to to get it all straightened out for me. As I was on my way to pick the vehicle up Jarret called me to l and Chris stayed later than he was supposed to to get it all straightened out for me. As I was on my way to pick the vehicle up Jarret called me to let me know he realized he made the mistake and came back after hours to fix the mistake and apologized profusely. I realize mistakes happen and the fact that he was willing to come in after hours to take care of my situation, and called me to apologize really meant a lot. Everyone makes mistakes and I feel that the way a company deals with negative situations says way more than how they do with positive situations. The way Chris and Jarret took care of me tells me that Regal Chevy is the type of business I like to do business with. I just opened a new business location in the area and will definitely be returning for future service work. More
