As a whole, the purchase of my Tahoe has been an awful experience. While the sales process was fantastic, we have had problem after problem since the purchase. There has been repeat repairs with unresolve experience. While the sales process was fantastic, we have had problem after problem since the purchase. There has been repeat repairs with unresolved issues on multiple occasions. Recently the manufacture warranty expired, although my vehicle has been in the shop multiple times for the same problem, the issue was never resolved. The first time it goes into the shop with the extended warranty, we receive an estimate for over $6,000 in repairs. It’s interesting enough that no one was able to diagnosis the problems while under manufacture warranty but able to diagnosis them immediate under extended warranty. Outside of the sales experience, the only positive service experience we have had was with the kindness and help from the service technician, Chris. We will be soon trading in this Tahoe and will never purchase another Chevy. Regal should truly evaluate their operation and business practices. More
