Melissa is actually the person that helped me as soon as i walked in! She was so sweet as she always is! I didn’t grab the name of the young lady who payed me out, but she was also very sweet and polite. My i walked in! She was so sweet as she always is! Customer service is terrible. They had our car for a scheduled appointment which they did not honor. No phone call to tell us the car will not be ready and they would keep it overnight.
