Had my car serviced on 04/16/21 for a check engine light. On 04/19 the light came back on again so I took it in again on 04/20. It was repaired again & I drove it off the lot then had to return to Regal beca On 04/19 the light came back on again so I took it in again on 04/20. They’ve charged me too much labor, and no communication about what the problem is and when they’ll fix it. More
I had a 930am appt. and was checked in by 940am. I was told that it would be about 1hr. And change! Finally at 1130am I went up to ask if there was a problem and the girl called my name as I walked toward told that it would be about 1hr. And change! I asked if the mechanic could just look at the underneath when he had it up and see if my muffler was loose because something was making a rattle noise. The girl told me he didn't do it because I would need a diagnostic test for that and it costs $89 I think. I had a recall that they told me about, and oil leak, and that I needed tires which I already knew I needed. There was an estimate for everything attached to my paperwork but I never got a copy of it. All in all service was good, lil lengthy and in my home town when the car is done I like that the mechanic or service guy will come explain everything to me. When I got in my car and left i checked oil percentage and I saw that it was never reset so I had to figure out how to do it!! Overall that's why I gave a 4star rating! More
Technicians are not knowledgeable at all. NO they won't top off fluids, NO they can't document tire pressure, they will do that point inspection whatever that is. Did not reset the oil life on the radio, had to call and the cashier walked me through it and even let me send her pics of my radio buttons on her phone. I thought it said low coolant asked if they would check it. NO have to bring in for inspection see why it's low for 89.00. So while Sal says YES, some in service say NO. I get a call from a young person who does not seem really interested in my satisfaction but wants to know, anyway. Told her the price charged was slightly different from the amount texted to me. Suffered through a loud soap opera during my wait only to find a remote kind of hidden by the coffee machine. Maybe I just got a day that everyone was sick of customers or maybe the staff is just burned out on service with a smile and tired of having a YES CAN DO attitude. I only spoke to a few people and maybe the others were ok I don't know. I appreciate the special price for the happy hour oil change but feel all customers should really be treated the same regardless of the price. It ended up costing me nearly 100.00 anyway. Kind of left me with the feeling that there's a lot of pressure to make money in service dept. at the expense of really good customer service. More

Jarrett aimed to please and he did! He kept me informed of what was happening the entire time my car was being worked on. I was provided a rental.
