I called for an appt. on the 31 of March. I told advisor i was close to my warranty running out. He said no problem we have you covered and set appt. for the 5 of April. I bring it in for transmission probl i was close to my warranty running out. He said no problem we have you covered and set appt. for the 5 of April. I bring it in for transmission problem and also asked them to look at radio problem ( 2 dealers 4 trys to fix). Now on the 5th i drive in for service and im told the transmission is under warranty but i'll have to pay to fix radio. Im over warranty period by 80 miles (36080mi). I wasn't when i made appt. I was told i would be covered when i called for appt. He should have said to bring it over before your warrant ends and i would have left it there that day with 50 miles to spare for warranty. This pandemic sucks and the dealer and GM are getting lucky people are waiting to take car and hand it over to other people. Very displeased wit dealership More

They lost my car....i waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for someone to tell me i was done. When i asked they finally found the car and because paperwork had gotten lost, nothing had been done. Found out the last oil change they messed up my oil pan bolt and fixed it. But then got this oil change and they had to fix it again.
