Service advisor did a good job but it took 2 hours for a oil change they didn't wash or vacuum my car much better service at kia service department More

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we no longer do the courtesy vacuum unless asked for & the free car wash can not be done if there is any lightning in the area. The wait time will be addressed by our Service manager.
