Going to buy a Ford next time From the day we bought our car the folks at Regal have out and out lied to me. The female that sold us our car hi jacked us from another sales person. You call service to make an appointment, when you finally get through and set the appointment and then show up the people in service have no idea why you are there. Your appointment isn’t on the schedule. Brought my car in for the eco boost application and got the car back with a broken radio antenna. I told service and they had me bring the car in for a whole day to run test on it. Then they tell me it’s gonna be another ten days before the new antenna can be installed. What a crock. We bought this car because my wife liked Chevy and she does most of the driving. But she will not deal with Regal Chevy any more. I myself I like Ford. So I’m taking my money and going to buy a Ford next time out. I do like Dealing with Kevin in service, but one person out of a whole company doesn’t sit well with me. More

The process was very efficent, which is important to us. Our first statement was, "We are not buying today" so that we could give the sales rep a chance to run. We didn't know a lot about the different models but once we told him the things that were important to us, he knew exactly where to take us. He used the old school method of sending us home with the car...I have to admit that really did put the icing on the cake. We knew we were going to buy but having the opportunity to take the sports car for a normal days routine really helped reassure us. We moved from a classy Cadalliac CTS to a sexy (& powerful) Camaro SS and have no regrets. We were coming from a Cadalliac and all of the dealer perks (free car wash, oil changes, etc.) yet we didn't feel at all like we were down grading with our Chevrolet purchase ...C'mon its a Camaro. And, the perks we are getting & ECO packaged can't be beat. More
