We appreciate your comments! And, yes, we have changed products for the Ecoblock. We now use a ceramic product which doesn't provide the same level of shine, however, it provides much better protection.

Still think your rep could have handled my situation a lot better. Her only suggestion was to take the car to your Chevy dealer in Bartow. I wasn't aware of your all day shuttle service. This is one thing she could have offered. Not good service. She needs better customer service training. Your website should also indicate the wait time if a customer opts to wait for service. Four hours is not acceptable.

We agree and have addressed it with our employee. The location she suggested is 5 mins away in Lakeland, still she should have been more accommodating. The wait time was highly unusual for routine maintenance, but like the rest of the country some days we experience staff shortages outside of our control.
