After waiting 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told they only changed one of my wiper blades. The driver one would be in the next day and I could drive back to the dealership and h rotation, I was told they only changed one of my wiper blades. This is the second time in two trips in that such a thing has happened.
