He was honest, professional and personable without being fake. He did not pressure me like some other dealer's sales people did. I went in for my first (free) oil change and my inspection. The service staff were so nice, professional and punctual. I have had a Nissan for more than 20 years and have dealt with Drexel Hill on 2 occasions. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase, lease or service their Nissan. I am saving up for the Max and I will be buying it from Drexel Hill. More
No Knowledge about fixing vehicles, poor diagnostics It took me 4 trips back to even get the car fixed and after 1 month my brakes still squelled, told me it was my wheel cylinders, and then they blew me It took me 4 trips back to even get the car fixed and after 1 month my brakes still squelled, told me it was my wheel cylinders, and then they blew me off. I had to bring the car to regular auto repair shop, they broke my cap, it took 3 months for them to replace them, I recommend you never to go there for service or for any thing. More

This dealership will lie to sell a car! There are several reasons why I rated Nissan of Drexel Hill the way I did. First, I was looking to buy a 2010 Altima coupe on March 25th 2013. I off There are several reasons why I rated Nissan of Drexel Hill the way I did. First, I was looking to buy a 2010 Altima coupe on March 25th 2013. I offered $15,000 with $7,500 down. The sales rep asked the manager right in front of me and she agreed on the price(They were asking $15,598). After I agreed on the financing I dealt with Andy Maceda. I agreed to purchase a "warranty" from them too. When I saw the contract drawn up the price was about $1,800 more than the $15,000 agreed on. Andy told me it was because of the warranty. It seemed reasonable and the math worked out. When I got home I took time to figure out the taxes to double check what Andy said. Turns out Andy lied to me. No where in the contract did it show the price so I spent about 2 hours figuring out the taxes warranty and everything else thrown in there that wasn't talked about. Turns out they charged me $15,598 not $15,000 as agreed on. It was hidden because they added the tax on the warranty in the car price to make it difficult to get the flat price. I made at least 15 calls before anyone called me back! I got Andy, he said no one "recalls" agreeing on the $15,000 price. It was all I talked about for the first half hour!! It was made very clear that was the price. Andy got annoyed and hung up on me! Also, I was an out of state buyer (New Jersey). I told him I would take care of the tax and tags there which is my right being out of state. He insisted if they did it I would have my tags in a week or two at most. It is now a month later and no tags! I called Andy about 10 times in the last week to find out where my tags were. All of my messages were ignored. I finally got him the day before my temps expired and he promised me they would be in the next day. He never called so when I was done work I called him and he said they weren't in and "it wasn't his problem" and hung up on me twice!! There is more but I'm sure that is enough to explain my experience. Never ever ever buy a car from here!! Mike More
Found my car on internet and the sales manager ( K.O’B)called quickly and offered a better warranty than the Certified Honda 12mon warranty I had on another Honda I was considering. He agreed on a p K.O’B)called quickly and offered a better warranty than the Certified Honda 12mon warranty I had on another Honda I was considering. He agreed on a price “out the door” He emailed me x3 in 24 hrs about an appt (kind of annoying). I got the offer in an email and printed to take. Before we left, I checked out the reviews and saw that in the last 12 month, the ratings were mixed 50/50, on the sales staff , not the cars. We drove an hour, saw the car with the “No warranty, as Is” and wanted to talk with the sales manager (K.O’B). Our sales rep was gracious (G.M.) . K'OB, sales manager, then proceeded to inform me that I needed to pay for the warranty. As we were leaving, the General Sales Manager gave us an opportunity to tell him what happened and made good on the warranty offer, for the “out the door” price I was quoted. He was gracious also. We bought the car. SOOO, good car, unsettling experience, but still glad we got the car as stated. More

I went to several other dealers looking for the altima. After stopping in and meeting with greg, I was done shopping. The other dealers didn't even give me the time of day that greg did. I dropped off a letter to the general manager at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill just to let him know of the wonderful experience I had at his dealership. Mr. Tom Russo knew I did not have transportation (my c Honda of Drexel Hill just to let him know of the wonderful experience I had at his dealership. Mr. Tom Russo knew I did not have transportation (my car was totaled by a large tree limb from the last recent storm)to the dealership so he brought the car I was interested in right to my door. What great customer service! I was able to negotiate a great deal on a used 2004 Honda Civic. I give a rating of 10 for my overall experience. More
I read some of the reviews on here but they are right down the street from my house and I didn't want to travel far (I like to service my car where I bought it). I took the risk and I can tell you that down the street from my house and I didn't want to travel far (I like to service my car where I bought it). I took the risk and I can tell you that I had a great time buying my car!! Almost all places keep it professional and are nice to you, but they went above and beyond to make me feel like I was family. Really, they talked to me like they knew me and I wasn't just another "sale". I just felt comfortable dealing with Matt. I would recommend anyone here!!!! More
A young guy named Matt works at the Nissan on Township line in drexel Hill. He would not answer my questions in regards to a lease deal. I caught him lying to me. He wouldn't show me certain cars. It was line in drexel Hill. He would not answer my questions in regards to a lease deal. I caught him lying to me. He wouldn't show me certain cars. It was a horrible experience. He said he was giving me the best deal on a car and then I hear a customer standing next to me talking about a deal she is getting that was better then mine. When I said I wanted that deal his boss decided to yell at him in front of people for giving me that deal. I guess I wasn't supposed to know. He was rude to my mother. He had no patience. He was a swindler and was trying to force me to drive a car that I didn't want. He blew off every question I had when it came down to money. That experience alone makes me never want to buy a car. (About my trade in)I almost forgot the mechanic tried to say my breaks were shaking when the car drove and other stuff like that. I knew I wanted to trade my car in and already had it looked at. As well as before I went to Nissan I was at Honda. They didn't seem to have any problem with my car and the breaks are new and don't shake. I told the man that and told him I knew the worth of my car so don't try low balling me. Never go here ever. They are all sneaky. If a movie was to be made about slimmy car salesmen this is where they would tape that movie. I keep thinking of more and more things that happened or that was said while I was there. I saw a sign on the top of the Nissan building that said zero down 169 a month. I asked him where those cars were and he said they were not doing that deal anymore. I told him he should take the sign down. He wouldn't let me see the Jepp Liberty that was on the lot. I liked one car until I saw the battery acid all over the battery. I told him about it and he said don't worry about it. That is what he said when I asked about prices. I can't sign my name on paper for a car and I don't know what I am paying. He could have sold me into a lease but he would n't even explain cost, hidden cost, and if the car was damaged what happens. He did tell me leasing a car and buying a car were the same thing. I really tried my best to put up with the BS until he was rude to my mother that was with me. My mother was confused about a car and thought it was a buy price and it was actually a lease price. He started to get loud and tell her how he already went through this with her and that is when I shut it down, got my keys and got out of there. If I thought I could sue them for pain and suffering I would. More
