Unethical service department. Tried to charge me for services and parts provided under warranty. Thieves HORRIBLE service manager I had my car in for service and that experience was fine. It was what I found - or should I say - didn’t find when I got in my car after that is what the issue is. Someone had taken money out of the center change console of my car. When the service manager approached me she said I had better have proof before I accused people of stealing. I purposely looked at the money before I got out of my car, so I know what was missing. How am I supposed to have proof of stolen money? Take pictures of everything in the car before I give it to them for service? I left a message for the general manager to call me and have yet to hear from him. NEVER AGAIN - do NOT take your car there. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE My previous August visit included a wiper blade replacement. I went in with an uncracked Honda windshield and left with a cracked windshield. The se My previous August visit included a wiper blade replacement. I went in with an uncracked Honda windshield and left with a cracked windshield. The service advisor told me that there was an existing crack and that it spidered when sent through the washer. Upon further thought and investigation after the visit I realized that where the point of impact was, there was no way that crack existed before the service visit. The point of impact was buried directly under the J-hook of the wiper blade. And no way would a crack spider from going through the low intensity car wash that is present at the dealership. After realizing this, I presented the facts along with photographs to the service manager and general manager. The general manager was denying the clear facts and would only offer to split the cost of a Honda windshield or offer an aftermarket windshield free of charge. In my opinion I should have been offered a Honda windshield free of charge since it was clear that whoever worked on my car that day damaged my windshield. More

Each roadside mechanic thought I needed a new battery The car would start with a jump.I had it toaded to Roberts twice. They insisted the battery was fine!!!. They replaced a brake warning light as possible problem. It was not ! The car wouldn’t start the next day. I finally took it a different Subaru dealer. I took my Honda for specific service (it was already checked by another renewe The worst place to get the car serviced. Unprofessional and rude staff. I took my Honda for specific service (it was already checked by another renewed car service shop, since it is Honda engine that needs to be touched, I wanted Honda technician to do it). I told exactly what needs to be done and got the quote for around $500 and gave for the repair work. I received a call later in the day and I was told it needs more work and would cost around $2500. And I was told "even better you get a new car rather servicing it". On top they charged without any work being done saying it is for looking at all the work that needs to be done - well, I did not ask to look at anything other than what I asked to do. Long story short - don't go to this place for service, they'll rip off and talk so rude (so called management and service cashier, everyone.). More

Service Department is horrible!! Matt Bomberger is rude consistently. He promises the car will be done at a certain time and it never is. The new service manager, Craig Reichert, defends his terrible service adviser. The mechanics are good and honest. I've never had a problem with them. It's not worth the trouble and BAD attitudes. Service is excellent I drive from Newark Delaware for reason, I bought my Ridgeline from Roberts late 2013. Sales and Service are great! I just got my truck back and all repairs are fixed properly except for the air bag recall which wasn't done because of the backordered parts. Dealers in my area need to go up to Roberts to see how to run a dealership. I was treated like an important person not just a number. Sales is very good as well Tony is my go to guy but I've dealt with others who are top rate. When I'm ready to get a new Ridgeline I will drive the distance to get one at their dealership.
