Phenomenal Experience! I've bought many cars in my lifetime so far, and Roberts was the best experience - BY FAR! I drove over 70 miles because I've heard that they have the best pricing in the area... and they didn't disappoint! In fact, they exceeded my expectations in every way! Everyone I talked to, from sales to service, seemed genuinely friendly and willing to help me in any way they could...I felt as though I was their best customer! And, they really seemed to work as a team together. Tom, the manager, was absolutely excellent! He went above and beyond to make the entire process not only hassle-free, but very comfortable, and actually fun and enjoyable! I've already started recommending Roberts to all of my friends and family. Obnoxious Sales manager After stopping in to see what Pilots they had in stock, I dealt with a salesman that was OK to deal with. I was initially looking for an AWD (which t After stopping in to see what Pilots they had in stock, I dealt with a salesman that was OK to deal with. I was initially looking for an AWD (which they did not have in stock - they had a very poor selection overall) but they had one car in stock that was the color we wanted but it was FWD. I had to come back the next day so they could look at my trade. After test driving the FWD, I became more interested and wanted a price on both the FWD and an AWD. Since I had shopped at other dealers, I knew what I wanted as far as cost goes. They really didn't want to give me a cost of any vehicle unless I committed on buying a car from them that day. After the salesman asked if I would buy the car if they included a couple of extras, I said I would. That is when things went downhill. The sales manager came in and accused me of being ridiculous for what I was asking for. He seemed irritated that I was actually shopping for a good price? He then proceeded to lecture me and my wife as to why we needed an AWD and not the FWD. He still resisted giving me a number for my trade. It was kind of unbelievable. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. After I decided I wasn't buying a car from them even if they gave me a number that matched my best offer, I pressed the sales manager until he reluctantly through out a number. I immediately said I have a better deal - then I shook the salesman's hand and said said to my wife lets go. I have also since talked to others who have also received rude treatment at the dealership so I would strongly encourage NOT wasting your time with this dealership. More

Very poor and intrusive sales experience I have had quite a poor experience with this dealer. All I requested was a quote for 1 car then asked to compare to another for a lease. They kept insisting that I come into the dealership which is a typical bait and switch tactic. I told them that I wasnt interested. The next day they texted me without consent harassing me about the same deal that I wasnt interested in. The rep then had the audacity to look up my home address (which I never shared with this dealer) and said that I should just come in because they are "right in our back yard". Very intrusive. Avoid this dealer if you can. More

Service is excellent I drive from Newark Delaware for reason, I bought my Ridgeline from Roberts late 2013. Sales and Service are great! I just got my truck back and all repairs are fixed properly except for the air bag recall which wasn't done because of the backordered parts. Dealers in my area need to go up to Roberts to see how to run a dealership. I was treated like an important person not just a number. Sales is very good as well Tony is my go to guy but I've dealt with others who are top rate. When I'm ready to get a new Ridgeline I will drive the distance to get one at their dealership. When I was spoken to the wanted to tell me I did wrong and basically shoved my keys and paper in my hand. I think people need to learn about customer service and how to treat people. Last time I was there everyone was so nice. That's why I came back. They even washed my car. This time I didn't even get a goodby. More
