No honor Found a nice Mini Cooper on the website. Called and spoke to Jim algeo . Made a appointment for Monday 3rd . Arrived and test drive the car . I let Jim know that I was interested and he let me know that he'll do my credit check and get back to me this afternoon. Jim called and told me he can get me in the car with $1500 down and $259 a month . I told him we have a deal and that I'll call back in 20 minutes to let him know when I'll be coming up. When I called back he did not answer or call me back I called 3 more times after that with no answer for Jim. He finally called me back 3 hours later and told me he sold the car to some else that afternoon . Roberts Subaru has no loyalty! Jim didn't even have the decency to apologize! I tried a dozen times to talk to his supervisor . A sales manager name Greg . He also would not return my call. Bottom line is go somewhere else More

Service Department is horrible!! Matt Bomberger is rude consistently. He promises the car will be done at a certain time and it never is. I even got pulled over in a state of emergency by State Police in Kennett Square and they let me go ONLY because I was driving a Subaru and I was a nurse :) More
