Stay away! Do not buy a car here! Do not service your car here. When I first bought a Honda Civic from this dealership I was told CPO, as it was labeled as such Do not buy a car here! Do not service your car here. When I first bought a Honda Civic from this dealership I was told CPO, as it was labeled as such on the lot, after I bought the car they switched the paperwork to sold "as is". When I bought the car I was concerned there was a delay starting the car and I was worried it was the battery, at the time service was closed, but the sales manager stated if I bring the car back tomorrow, they will test and replace no charge if need be. I brought the car back they stated they checked the battery and it was fine, I was on the side of the road not to long after with a dead battery. Later when getting the vehicle serviced, they tried to up sell me on batteries saying I needed a new one, when I had more life on my battery than when they told me it was fine after the purchase. I bought 4 new tires from service, I was told I had 2 year road hazard warranty, and if I caught any debris on the road it would be covered at no cost. Got a staple in my tire 9 months later, and the claim was denied because I drive to much. Reedman toll are crooks, liars, and frauds. Hondas are great though, if heard good things about nearby Piazza Honda and Scott Honda. More
Unethical service department. Tried to charge me for services and parts provided under warranty. I was told that "the service manager left for the day", and that I'd have to pay to get my car back. services and parts provided under warranty. Car Buying at its very best Roberts Honda of Downington Pa. What a great experience it was to deal with them.... This is about a deserving sales person named Albert Nadeau. Whi Roberts Honda of Downington Pa. What a great experience it was to deal with them.... This is about a deserving sales person named Albert Nadeau. While searching ads on the internet I saw what I perceived to be a good deal. I set out to get this good deal. One dealer said, No way that deal is not possible and isn't being offered. I found that hard to believe because I saw that deal, in print, being offered on the internet. I saw the same deal being offered at Roberts Honda. I decided to call. A salesman named Albert Nadeau answered the phone. I asked him about the ad in question. He said, if its in our ad we can do the deal. I told him about my experience at the other Honda dealer and asked him to confirm that there is such an offer at Roberts Honda. He said, I will call you right back. He called me back in a few minutes. He asked me if I could come in and discuss the details of the offer being made in the ad ? I told him its about a hour drive for me.. He said , I think I can make this deal happen. We agreed to meet at Roberts Honda, at 1:00 PM. Long story short. Ha Ha..... By 6:00 PM , I was driving back to Delaware County in my new CR-V EX listening to Sirius XM. Thank you Albert and The Roberts team for making it happen!! John G More
Thieves HORRIBLE service manager I had my car in for service and that experience was fine. It was what I found - or should I say - didn’t find when I got in my car after that is what I had my car in for service and that experience was fine. It was what I found - or should I say - didn’t find when I got in my car after that is what the issue is. Someone had taken money out of the center change console of my car. When the service manager approached me she said I had better have proof before I accused people of stealing. I purposely looked at the money before I got out of my car, so I know what was missing. How am I supposed to have proof of stolen money? Take pictures of everything in the car before I give it to them for service? I left a message for the general manager to call me and have yet to hear from him. NEVER AGAIN - do NOT take your car there. More
Overall experience should have been better. I purchased a used vehicle from Roberts in March. I was aware of the broken rear wiper and normal wear of the interior when I purchased it. What I wa I purchased a used vehicle from Roberts in March. I was aware of the broken rear wiper and normal wear of the interior when I purchased it. What I was not aware of was the faulty hood latch (which is easy to repair) and transmission sensor issue which threw the MIL light. It was easy to get the hood latch repaired but I received pushback for the transmission sensor. Just recently I noticed that the battery terminal connector was loose. I have done nothing in the engine bay except fill the washer fluid and inspect the hood latch since I purchased the car. I am disappointed that something as simple as the battery terminal connections are not checked (even with a slight wiggle of the connectors to ensure they are secure. These issues were exacerbated by the fact that the manager (the main sales woman was courteous) explained that they cannot go lower on the price (closer to KBB value) because they put over $2,000 of work in the vehicle, during negotiation. If there was $2,000 of work done why was the battery terminal loose? Why didn't someone think to check why the alarm is not arming when pressing the lock button on the vehicle. This doesn't cover the fact that I did not receive a temporary tag for registration and I had to call to get the registration sent to me once it was received. My family has purchased from this dealership in the past but I will not purchase from there again. More

Janine from internet sales was as professional, polite, and responsive as a CS person from a luxury brand. For over 30 days she worried with me. Always accepting my decision to wait and shop around. She is the reason I went there. And from there it just got better. I was in a hurry and they in a world record fashion got me in and out of dealership with in 63 minutes of me walking in. Even with that being the case Neil took quality time and explained the details of the incredible tech in this car. The accord I bought tonight was a replacement for the identical car I bought 3 months ago which was totaled recently. Neil educated me on several Kool key features that my prior salesman never informed me of. Pricing was very aggressive. A great deal but even a greater shopping experience. I will not shop elsewhere despite them being out of my way. More
Mistakes If I could return my car and buy elsewhere I would. The only part of the whole experience that was pleasant was when I originally entered the buildi If I could return my car and buy elsewhere I would. The only part of the whole experience that was pleasant was when I originally entered the building looking for a new car. Once I agreed to purchase, it went down hill. It's been two weeks and I am still dealing with the aftermath of all of their mistakes and uncouth ways of dealing with customers. 1.They informed me my car was available to pick up the day I told them I would buy. They called me a few hours later saying that they promised it to someone else...but "no big deal." 2.They told me they'd call me between 12-1 the next day to inform me of next steps. I called them at 2:30 since they never called. They told me I could then pick up the car that day. 3. 3/4 of the way there I remembered I forgot my registration and tags. The sales rep. was informed of this upon my arrival. He told me it wouldn't save me much money. His manager told me it wouldn't save me any money and if I really wanted my own tags, I could pay money to get them transferred later...I brought my tags back the next day--it saved me $100. To make this long story even longer--the kicker is when, 4.TODAY, two weeks after I bought my car, I was accused by the Finance manager, of being on drugs when I made the transaction. I paid for the car part cash, part check-in full. He told me the amount to write the check out for. His math was wrong. 5. He left me an urgent message a few days later to tell me I owed more money. I called him back that afternoon. He returned my call one week later. 6. During our conversation today, he blamed the incorrect amount on me stating, "Well, you were just in the accident and were on pain pills..." I interrupted him...told him I was never on pain pills...he continued with "Well, you were tired..." I then reminded him how the transaction actually occurred. --I mentioned 6 ways someone in their organization messed up with my car buying experience; there were three more ways, but I do not have time nor do you want to read all of that. If I could return my car and buy elsewhere I would. I wish I could give this place a '0'. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE My previous August visit included a wiper blade replacement. I went in with an uncracked Honda windshield and left with a cracked windshield. The se My previous August visit included a wiper blade replacement. I went in with an uncracked Honda windshield and left with a cracked windshield. The service advisor told me that there was an existing crack and that it spidered when sent through the washer. Upon further thought and investigation after the visit I realized that where the point of impact was, there was no way that crack existed before the service visit. The point of impact was buried directly under the J-hook of the wiper blade. And no way would a crack spider from going through the low intensity car wash that is present at the dealership. After realizing this, I presented the facts along with photographs to the service manager and general manager. The general manager was denying the clear facts and would only offer to split the cost of a Honda windshield or offer an aftermarket windshield free of charge. In my opinion I should have been offered a Honda windshield free of charge since it was clear that whoever worked on my car that day damaged my windshield. More
