I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Reedman Toll that compelled me to share my story. Over the course of two months, my car was in their possession for repairs, and the whole ordeal has Reedman Toll that compelled me to share my story. Initially, I was informed that I would have to pay for a diagnosis to identify the problem with my car. I reluctantly agreed, assuming it was a necessary step towards resolving the issue. Once the diagnosis revealed a faulty fuse box in the trunk, I was quoted a repair cost of $600. However, my disappointment grew exponentially when, after two months, Reedman Toll contacted me with an apology, admitting that they had failed to notice the damaged wires leading to the fuse box. To my shock, they now demanded a staggering $4200 for the necessary repairs. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I reached out to the manager, hoping for some understanding and assistance. Regrettably, the manager's response was disheartening. They absolved themselves of any responsibility, claiming that I had caused the damage and therefore, they would not cover any of the costs. This entire experience has left me feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and deeply dissatisfied with Reedman Toll's service. As a customer, I expected professional and competent service, accurate diagnostics, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Reedman Toll for their automotive needs. My personal encounter highlights a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and a refusal by the management to take responsibility for their mistakes. It is disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others and helps shed light on the need for Reedman Toll to improve their service standards and take accountability for their actions. More
