This was my sons first purchase of a new vehicle . Ryan did not pressure him to buy and he walked him through the new purchase process. He made sure he received a fair trade in value on his car and got him a great rate on his loan. I was so impressed with Ryan and the other people we dealt with I when back a week later a purchased a Chevy truck for myself. More
I bought a preowned 2007 Mazda 6 at Reedman a few months ago. The price was not too bad but it is what I just discovered about my car recently that makes me regret my purchase. After months of hearing a gri ago. The price was not too bad but it is what I just discovered about my car recently that makes me regret my purchase. After months of hearing a grinding noise everytime I made a sharp turn I took my car to a mechanic who pointed out that the wheels are the wrong size for the car. Whoever owned the car before put custom rims on the car that do not fit properly, so whenever I make sharp turns or have someone in the back seat the body of my car dips into the tire. The mechanic showed me marks on my tires where the body had dug in and said it was only a matter of time until one of the tires blewout. The entire time I was driving my car I was in danger of blowing out a tire without even knowing it. So now I have to buy 4 factory Mazda wheels, 2 new tires and have the old wheels and tires replaced totaling close to $1,000. Beware buying from Reedman. More
I am looking for a new service department. I brought in my 2012 JGC for inspection, oil change and 5 other issues. 2 1/2 hours later "Pete" hands me my invoice and says goodbye. No explanation on the 5 i my 2012 JGC for inspection, oil change and 5 other issues. 2 1/2 hours later "Pete" hands me my invoice and says goodbye. No explanation on the 5 issues and one, loose rear molding, they didn't even look at. As the service advisor I expected him to provide some service not tell me to have a nice day and then NOT explain that they didn't do anything about the 5 issues it was in for. The second incident is with Chris, a service advisor with whom I left 3 messages and not a single call back. Apparently, "service" advisor is a misnomer More
Had to be one of the worst car dealer experiences in my life. Both Mrs Platt and Mr Cardone were the most unpleasant salespeople I have ever had to deal with. Also completely unprofessional particularly M life. Both Mrs Platt and Mr Cardone were the most unpleasant salespeople I have ever had to deal with. Also completely unprofessional particularly Mr Cardone and his chip on his shoulder. I didn't appreciate his little jab saying that I was a "hard headed" italian (using the pejorative italian term) simply b/c he thought he could get away with it since he was italian. I went to Reedman's because I thought it was supposed to be some class act and reputable dealership that would treat their customers with respect and dignity and would be competitive with their pricing. Instead, I received poor treatment and consideration. I went out of my way to go to this dealership...over 60 miles roundtrip and even was in contact with Mrs. Platt to ensure I would deal with her since she kept contacting me. When I get there she had this scowl on her face and had the personality of drywall. This is no exaggeration. I went there to test drive the Chevy Volt. She was clueless on the vehicle and how it operated. I knew more than her. Moreover, they didn't even have the cars charged. We tested two cars with both being completely depleted so that the car was only running in the engine mode which took a bit to realize on my part. Mrs. Platt was either too stupid to realize it herself or played stupid. The whole time she just sat in the car clueless answering basic questions. We eventually had to get a car out of the showroom which to their credit they facilitated but from a professional standpoint showed a clear lack of preparation. It's possible that since the Volt is not a fast mover, which they denied by saying it wasn't a distressed vehicle, the car was an afterthought to them. It just seemed that way. Nonetheless, they did a terrible job of trying to "sell" the car. Mr Cardone even got political by referring to GM as Government Motors which was completely baffling considering he was trying to sell their products. More proof he didn't give much stock in trying to move the product. He refused to negotiate a fair price saying they didn't negotiate at invoice and then proceeded to show me their bogus invoice from the computer printer (oldest dealer trick) which was essentially MSRP. They didn't want to budge apart from $800. I guess they figured that since a sucker is born every minute 5 or 6 of them a month would buy his Volts at sticker. It's quite possible he saw that I was an informed consumer and simply didn't want to deal with me and wanted to maximize his profit from a less informed consumer. More power to him but at the same time the way they treated me and "tried" to sell their product was completely substandard. I will never recommend not return to Reedman's after this experience. I personally don't know how they got the reputation they have and have lasted as long with an arrogant manager like Mr Cardone and a salesperson like Mrs Platt who apparently had to get her daddy to help her try and convince me to pay sticker price for a vehicle that GM is desperate to move. Good luck to Reedman's and the both of them.... More

He answered all of my questions and I NEVER once felt pressure as if I was dealing with a "typical car salesman." I was happy with the price of the new Jeep as well as what Reedman Toll was willing to give me for a trade in that we struck a deal that same day! I would recommend Reedman Toll to anyone interested in purchasing a new car! More

My husband bought the coupon book for oil changes. Our second car was supposed to get a free oil change, we have a car that needs synthetic oil and we would pay the price upgrade for that, fine with us. I second car was supposed to get a free oil change, we have a car that needs synthetic oil and we would pay the price upgrade for that, fine with us. I went to reedman, requested the free oil change explaining we will pay for the upgrade in oil . I was greeted by front desk and was told immediately, no, can't have an upgrade oil change , even with us paying the difference. Frustrating.... Long story short my husband talked with manager mike, who told my husband he didn't like his " tone". Some customer service manager. He is supposed to talk to his manager and will call us later. Not a great day at reedman. P. s. I am still waiting here, it's been 2 hours so far for a 20 minute express oil change! More
