Worst Service Experience - Ever. Incredible incompetence. Do not take your car here!! It's shocking that Dodge would even associate it's brand with this service center. I dropped my car off on a Friday night for a Saturday morning appointment. Was unable to get an update on my car all day Saturday and they ended up closing without calling me back! Got the same treatment the following Monday morning and was so concerned that I left work early to get get my car out of their shop. Jill, their service manager was impossible to get a hold of. She didn't return any of my calls and was behind closed doors the entire time I was there on Monday morning to get my car. The assistant service manager seemed unfazed about my experience with his department. He simply wanted to go over the "list" of things they wanted to do to my car. I was so happy to just get my car out of that shop in one piece. More

Kudos to Service Rep.Caitlin for great service today at the Chevy Service Center. She is on the ball and kept me apprised of the status of my repairs thru the day. She also brought one issue I mentioned to her to supervisors where I initially thought nothing might result. As a consequence, Reedman decided to cover what could have been a hefty item simply as a matter of customer satisfaction. This is a great result. Thanks Caitlin and thanks Reedman. More

Sales manager lied about value shouldn't have been effected much. I also invested nearly $6000.00 after purchase to appearance items only. While in service there vehicle exchange employee informed me my $60,000.00 vehicle was worth $41,000.00 ? Don't buy a Dodge. Reedman Toll shame on you. Everyone be careful. I wrote a review on there web site and after 28 pages they buried it. I hope this warning makes it out to everyone More

Matt didn't pressure me and took a lot of time to help me out and most importantly I didn't feel like I was being ripped off like I have at other dealers. Drew gave me the most in depth tutorial of the 2017 Outback I could have ever imagined. From the hood, engine, and transmission to the roof rack and all the amazing safety technology installed in the vehicle (and everything in between). He answered every question I had and was extremely thorough in showing me all of the unique features (RAB, Adaptive cruise, cross bars in the doors, etc...) that make the Outback Limited so great. He knows his facts and he knows them well! What an asset to the dealership. Angie was extremely responsive when I had questions. I particularly appreciated the breakdown she gave me of taxes, title & fees and how quickly she has responded to my e-mails. When you work in a fast paced environment, time makes all the difference. If you're looking for an honest dealership with knowledgeable, non-pushy sales people, Reedman Toll Subaru is for you. More
