They had my car for two month and red man toll Jeep Service manager was prejudice toward me because I was black and I was a women and he treated me unjust as if he did not care or will to help me.. I had go to high authority to get result resolved. I lease two cars from reedman till but after how Jeep service manager and lady talk and treated me. I’m done with reedman Toll.. So my experience after from 2016 to 2019 with the service department is the worst toward black people Im done. More
Did not have the best experience with their service dept. Had car in to be fixed under warranty. Picked up car after being fixed and immediately warning light came on for same reason. Took multiple calls before getting return call over a week later to be told something different must have broken when we drove off and would have to pay deductible for warranty again and they'd have to order part. Several days later with no update we asked to pick up car until part came in which was over 2 weeks later. Asked for and left messages for service manager multiple times after he initially agreed on the poor service but never received a response. Paid deductible again and just left. But yet we got call asking us if we wanted to sell our car and get new one...... Not sure they are invested in providing good service to their customers. More
I had to have my 2020 Jeep Willy (6400 miles) towed to Reedman's. After eight days of keeping my car, I was told it needed two batteries and a fuse (for which Chrysler said it wasn't covered), My Jeep is Reedman's. After eight days of keeping my car, I was told it needed two batteries and a fuse (for which Chrysler said it wasn't covered), My Jeep is leased and I have maximum coverage on my vehicle. I diagreed with this charge and a manager interceded for me. I did not have to pay for the fuse. The staff was very nice but the time it took to replace the batteries and a fuse is unacceptable. The first couple of days that I had the Jeep after initially leasing it in January 2020, the clutch stopped working at 20 miles and they had my brand new Jeep for one month. Again, unacceptable. This recurring problem needs to be resolved. I will be definitely be looking for a new Jeep when my lease expires. That will be Jeep #4 from this dealership if I choose to shop at Reedman's again! More
Purchased a used vehicle that leaked. would not fix. When we called they put us off for months and when we would follow up told us we needed to pay diagnosis fee of $300. We were told they would look into it on & cover the cost. Now they are saying we need to pay for everything. They sold us a used car that leaked and would not fix. Melissa in service is horrible and should not be picking up their phones. Sky who does pick up the phone & she provides information is not accurate, per Melissa she just answers the phone. I said to Melissa you sold me a car that leaked, her response was " I didn't sell you anything!" I stated don't you work for RT? She advised me she has nothing to do with the leak in my car. The rudest person I have ever dealt with in the service industry. Reedman takes advantage of people, especially in the market these days. sad. save yourself a trip and keep driving More

They had the vehicle for three days and spent 800. 00 and the problem was not resolved and at that point they suggesting a problem with the car that had nothing do with the original issue.
