Terrible experience I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty it took me two days for them to finally fix it, and they still charged me 400 cause some xxxxxxxx problem with my tires that was in June a week later I returned and said there is something wrong with the suspension it keeps shifting, they told me no it's because u have big tires they ignored me. So I went to another Nissan dealership they said yes they hear it but u have to take it to the dealer u bought the truck from, I go back to reed and say hey there is something wrong I hear it they drive it lift it tell me nothing is wrong send me away again. I take the vehicle to Another dealership and in 5min they found the problem a stripped bolt in suspension they replaced it took them 10min to fix. Reed Nissan had me wait an hour and nothing ur service department SUCKS lazy mechanics , any person going to reed Nissan buyer be ware. More

Bad place to bring your vehicle 3/16/2016 My name Is John I called a week ago make an appointment to do a oil change plus to check some other things that's going on with my vehicle. 3/16/2016 My name Is John I called a week ago make an appointment to do a oil change plus to check some other things that's going on with my vehicle. 12:30pm yesterday I got there some dude took my info pass it on to RADAMES. Since I had to take my son for a phisical I left the car with them. After 3hr Later I call to check on my car they transfer me to CARLOS. Gave him my info inform me they don't have my vehicle. I called three more times Inform me the same info said they don't have this vehicle tells me I need to come to the dealer see whoever I spoke to when I brought the vehicle at 12:30 At six O'clock I went there to the dealership I saw the same dude who helped me when I brought the car. N told him that every times I call they said they don't have my veicIe here. He told yes I have your vehicle, Took me to Radames. Whn I explain him what's going on he told me he going to give me a call tomorrow because they was busy. Nothing have done to my vehicle not even the oil change or the check-up nothing I left the car Since at 12:30pm the next day I have to call off work cuz I don't have a transportation to going to work. This a bad place to bring your vehicle I feel like they don't give a xxxx about Customers I would never bring my vehicle on this place anymore. N I will not recommend anyone to this dealership nor my friends. I can't wait to trade my Nissan get me a Toyota Camry. More
Terrible Service Department Never buy a car here. Later you have to deal with their service department. They use all kinds of tactics to get you to put money into parts you do Never buy a car here. Later you have to deal with their service department. They use all kinds of tactics to get you to put money into parts you do not need, they always say the car is fixed, but it never is. You have to keep returning time and time again, spend more money, and the car never does get fixed. The service lane manager, whose name is John Bartalotta, is very rude to customers, and even hangs up on customers, tells them their car is fixed when it is not, when you question him, he gets very angry. Very bad for business!!! More
