After several calls, emails, and visits to the dealership - they agreed to fix (most) of the issues. They did not give me the certification paperwork or warranty information. I have called and emailed my salesperson, the sales manager, the general manager, and even the owner over the last several months. During that entire time frame, I have received one response and it was essentially that they would 'get back to me'. That was December of last year. The worst part was that the vehicle had a smoke odor, which Reed promised they would get rid of at the time of purchase, no matter how many times I had to bring it back to them. Instead, radio silence since I left the dealership. Pathetic customer service and outright lies at the time of sale. I bought another certified Nissan from Bill Ray a few months ago and couldn't believe the difference. The car had zero issues and I received all of the certification paperwork and warranty information at the time of purchase. More

Wasted my time! I contacted the dealership at 10AM Saturday morning. I got a call back confirming to test drive and possibly purchase a new Leaf. Before I left my house, I texed the representative and they confirmed. After driving and waiting (total time 1 hour), the manager informed me they don't have that car or any of that model. He then had the audacity to ask if he could sell me any other model. Stay classy Reed. More
Liars, backstabbers and thieves These people here are the most untrustworthy and unscrupulous bunch of pieces of xxxx I've ever come across. Kelvin Morales will come across as this "I'm on your side, I will get you the best deal" in fact he will stab you in the back faster than you can blink. We bought a Nissan Armada and this piece of xxxx tells us about this automatic trunk feature that when you put your leg underneath the rear bumper the trunk opens automatically. Would you belief this xxxxxxxxxx was actually hitting the trunk button on the FOB as my wife was testing the feature. I know this for a fact because I confronted him on the phone when we got home and found that this model didn’t have the feature. They advertised 0 to 0.9% interest on tv and internet respectively. When I mentioned this to finance they would not admit to it and gave me an interest rate of 6.5%!! I have good credit and I am considered a qualified buyer. After haggling I ended up getting 0.9% but these xxxxxxxx gave me nothing for a rebate, no discount and gave us nothing on the trade in. They ripped us for the value of the trade which was 3500. I ended up walking out paying sticker price. I was so fed up of their xxxxxxxx that I didn’t give two xxxxs anymore. We needed the car. At least I can wake up in the morning and know I’m I’m making an honest living unlike these cockroaches. Remember these two names KELVIN MORALES and MUSTAFA (he was the finance guy). Mustafa swore up and down he couldn’t budge on 6% but ended getting me 0.9% with no rebate and discount whatsoever. One of good friends is the sales manager at Lexus and he told me the highest I should’ve paid knowing my credit score is 3% and I should’ve gotten at least 4K of the sticker (out the door). These people will rob you fast folks don’t be so naive because event though you are getting thousands off the sticker price, they will xxxx you with the interest. Also, I emailed the GM and he never wrote me back. I called the dealership and they basically told me to xxxx off, hence why I will be xxxxing them hard on every car dealership review on the internet. More

Colin Sullivan did a great job with assisting in finding a new car, but it was his customer service and friendliness that made me feel great about my purchase. As I was strolling the parking lot he walked by me and greeted me with just a few question on how my day was going....He then proceed to verified something on a car near the truck I was looking at...it was then that he mention if I had any questions to please just ask him. His approach was very genuine and I felt like it was more about me finding a great fit than him make a sale....he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely honest with the pro and cons of each....the cherry on the top was how hard he fought to make sure I was walking out with the best price possible, Berk his manager also went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a great deal. Thank you both and Nissan Reed for your service and making a new friend. More
