From the moment we walked on the lot we felt very comfortable with our sales associate, and from our experience with the General Sales Manager. We were only interested in the 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR, which they had on the lot. We were previously interested in the base model, but the one we test drove also had the optional Sports Package, which included a Moonroof, independent temperature control, and aluminum kick plates. We thought that it would prove to be out of our price range, but when were presented with the price breakdown it fit well within our pre discussed budget limitations. We then met with Vince in Finance, who took his time to explain each and every charge and rebate that together made our grand total. We then did our final walk around, and drove away in our brand new 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR. We had a great experience, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a comfortable shopping experience. More
I had nothing but frustration dealing with Reed Nissan. They wouldn't return my phone calls, they charged ridiculous amounts of money, they allegedly "fixed" my car, which then broke down on me as I was dr They wouldn't return my phone calls, they charged ridiculous amounts of money, they allegedly "fixed" my car, which then broke down on me as I was driving out of town! THEN, they wouldn't return my phone calls and left me stranded out of town in the middle of the HIGHWAY! Since the problem was "factory warranteed" I had to call a Nissan dealership if I wanted it COVERED and Reed Nissan wouldn't return my phone calls! I FINALLY went through Daytona Nissan and they were AWESOME! BEWARE of these people at Reed Nissan. They are cold fish and don't care! More
One of the worst dealerships in central Florida. They have a million different tactics for pressurizing the customer, especially if the customer becomes friendly, and play with their trust. They will somehow manage not to respond to any question from the customer that might jeopardize their sale. Their finance department is worthless and are unable to even correctly complete the paperwork for the sale of a car. Obviously, they will try not to go through the paperwork with the customer because they don't know what they are doing. When I asked the finance person what a particular tax was for and how is that calculated, she had no clue and called the finance manager. To my dismay, she did not have a clue either but she knew it has to be there. What a farce! They add a hundred different taxes and fees on top of the price of the car. They will not answer your calls (voice messages) or emails once you buy the car. They will also pressurize you to review them as "excellent" in all categories in the Nissan customer survey even though they are far from it. They are liars and shady people with a smiling face and a sweet tooth. They are nice only when there is a chance to earn a commission, otherwise they will treat you like crap. Beware of them.
