I went to Reed Nissan, with very little hope of buying a car. Jose worked very hard to get me in the car I chose, Jose was friendly ,knew his line. I give this rating a 5 out of 5. I called early and told the sales reception that I was going to purchase a vehicle today. I had already come in the previous week and worked with Jose Menendez, right off of the sales reception that I was going to purchase a vehicle today. I had already come in the previous week and worked with Jose Menendez, right off of the back he was looking for ways to get me my car. Today on July,1,2013 I came in the dealership and I purchased my first car. Jose went above and beyond to get the color I wanted, the interior and to make sure I walked off of the lot very happy. While looking for the car there weren't any of the colors I wanted but Jose took the initiative to find the color I wanted and made me very happy. I would recommend Jose as a sales person to anyone because he really does get the job done. I had really great customer service and I am so happy with the car I have. This was a great experience and I appreciate him putting in so much effort to make me happy. He knew how important this purchase was for me and got right on, this mad did not sit down once. He checked on me very frequently and kept assuring me that he was getting everything done. I thank him for his help so much! More

I rang and spoke with a lady regarding a used car they had advertised on their website, I was told it was in stock. I explained my situation , that I was living a bit away and wanted to be assured that if had advertised on their website, I was told it was in stock. I was transferred over to a man named Kenny , again I explained everything to him , that I had the cash ready just to buy something. He seemed nice said he would go and have a look at the car I was interested in and see how it was and he would ring me back. He did phone me back. He said the car looked good that it had been through a safety check and also that he had 3 or 4 more cars in my budget for me to look at. I was happy with his help and asked if I drove down they would have something in my budget and he assured me they would. So I decided to go, drove almost an hour and half ,got down asked to speak to Kenny, the guy helping me asked which car I was interested in so I told him which one , he said he would get the keys and come back, when he did come back he said he had nothing in my price range . Even though I had only spoken to Kenny 2 hours before and he had said he had a few to show me. I was confused by this so I asked to speak to Kenny again. Kenny came down and said he had cars for me to look at and told the guy which ones to show me. After another few minutes the guy came back and said no he had nothing in my price range if I could add 1000 dollars then he would have something , I explained I didnt have that money to add to my budget and he said well then I have nothing for you. I asked about the car I had initially came to see and he said 'oh that car doesnt even run' this didnt make sense because the lady I first spoke to Kim I think her name was had told me she had driven it around the lot ??? It was all a bunch of lies from everyone there , it was the worst experience I have ever had . Very bad customer service. I know I had a budget now but they have lost a customer for life , when I decide to buy anew car I will NOT be going back here. Appalled by the whole thing after making a 3 hour round trip with the cash in hand to buy right there and then. Beware of the lies from these people. More
The staff was very professional, and friendly. No pressure atmosphere. My sales consultant, Jose Angel Menendez, listened to what I wanted, did not push me to anything i was not comfortable with. He even went out of his way to go grab McDonalds for me and my mother, as we were at the dealership for about 5-6 hours. Also was very knowledgeable about cars. Another BIG help was Woody Radar, Finance Manager. He explained everything in full, I was not confused, and very friendly guy. All in all, I had my best car buying experience at Reed Nissan. More
