BUYER BEWARE! The owner of Reed Nissan should be ashamed and outraged at the fraudulent and unscrupulous morals of their sales and finance personnel! This dealership sold an elderly couple a Nissan Armada, and outraged at the fraudulent and unscrupulous morals of their sales and finance personnel! This dealership sold an elderly couple a Nissan Armada, which is a 9 passenger vehicle and refused to allow a test drive. As if this wasn't bad enough, the dealership didn't apply the value of their traded in vehicle into the sales agreement, so basically stole their trade-in. Reed Nissan also attached every warranty available to this sale, and financed the couple with an online bank at 8% interest when their credit scores were well above 750. Of course there was no paperwork was exchanged, this couple age 80 and 76 were given a "flashdrive" with their sales agreement. The couple tried to return the vehicle the very next day and everyone in the dealership completely ignored them. What a shame and complete FRAUD. Elder abuse at it's finest! Do not patron this dealership. I hope karma pays Reed Nissan and the individuals involved in this sale a swift and harsh visit. More
I will never purchase a vehicle from Reed Nissan ever again. My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from them. My 2015 Nissan Rogue was roach infested, they took care of Issue. I needed to buy my daughter a used car ( bought my car here and my son bought his car here) needed a car $5000 so I could pay it off in a year ( I am buying 3 new work vans for my business end of year so here and my son bought his car here) needed a car $5000 so I could pay it off in a year ( I am buying 3 new work vans for my business end of year so I needed it payed off early) my son was not happy and told me NOT to go here but I didn’t listen. After I left I sent one of my employees over to buy a car BIG mistake. They said they had a car I knew it would probably need some work as it was used. Took it to my mechanic It needs a whole new engine REALLY!! They had me sign the papers on a desk so I really couldn’t read them but I had done business with Elton before and trusted him ( when the sale manger stepped in I should have left the building immediately!!) They gave me my documents on a Zip drive that didn’t work so I kept trying for almost 30 days to get paper work ( went down and sat there for a while tried to have them mailed etc) call after call no result. Finally got my papers I expected a little higher total ie tax , tags,registration etc the total price for my car with NO GOOD engine will be over $8900 REALLY!!! I called and told them she said I will get a call back I told her I am running a business please have someone who can resolve my issue call me back as I do not have time for 100 phone calls to get this resolved of course Elton called me back and although he is nice he can’t do anything to help me REALLY now I am paying with my time !!! Sales manager called and left a message as I was working I had to call him back I called back he was going to have to get back with me NO CALL BACK ! Trying for weeks to get refund on unused extended warranty on a truck I sold. Online Chats, calls and messages left for the finance department & contacting them through their website got no response warranty on a truck I sold. Took a chance and mailed three documents directly to the finance guy that sold us the warranty when we bought the truck in 2017, and requested a refund two weeks ago. Still no response. Won’t be buying another vehicle from them again! More
This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from Dwayne Loy. Due to covid19 I wasn't able to go there, but Dwayne listened to what I wanted and picked out the perfect car for me again. He brought it to my house where I could sign the papers and he showed me everything I needed to know about the car. It's perfect!!! I wouldn't work with anyone else but him. He's kind, courteous and is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He's not a high pressure salesman and has been working at the same dealership for 25 years which is amazing to me. They low balled the trade, how do I know? i have estimates from other dealers and I showed them to the salesman, treated me like it was my first time buying a car. I'm 58 and have bought numerous cars. The salesman kept excusing himself to go into the "managers office" Never once did he ask where I wanted to be price wise! He showed my a used Pathfinder with payments well over $600.00. We could have cut to the chase and honestly figured this out prior to me wasting my time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME More
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Despite them advertising they do inspections on their used vehicles they most certainly do not. Sorry let me clarify they do inspections then ignore the major issues. I guarantee you won't get one. You'll get a piece of paper stating standard inspection. They push major issues off to the consumer. Then when you bring those issues to light they say they don't exist. Well you're either the worst mechanic in town or just flat out dishonest. I'm going with dishonest. So many excuses and ridiculous reasons were told to me in the past 2 months since I purchased the truck. Oh and do not say they need to do the right thing. Cause trust me they get completely lost in that idea all together. So now I am stuck in a truck that is truly unsafe to drive past 40 mph. The front end has a crunching sound when I accelerate then it boggs down at 40 mph and moves like a snail till 65 mph. Literally every time I hit 40 mph at normal acceleration it boggs down and the Rpms drop to 1000 and stay there till 70 MPH. Then the whole truck starts shaking around 50 mph if and when I get there. The steering wheel shakes uncontrollably that I have to hold it so tight my hand gets knumb. Yeah real safe to drive Reed Nissan. I took it back twice and fought the sales manager about the issues to the point he finally agreed to fix the center support bearing only after I schooled him on what a good one looks like and then showed him pictures of the one on the truck. He reluctantly agreed to replace it. I said that's great but that doesn't resolve the other issues. It may not even resolve why the center support bearing went bad in the first place. Obviously by this point I'm concerned if their Master technician could handle replacing it anyways. I mean it's more then just taking it off and putting it back on. Especially since they can't even figure out how to put a dipstick back in after changing the oil two days prior to me showing up. Which he didn't even address that issue in all our conversations. Avoid this dealership like the plague. They say their going to help you because they have their reputable dealership of 70 plus years. Yet they don't even know "what doing the right thing" means. So let me explain. You say you performed a inspection. I presented majors issues not even a day after purchasing truck. You state they don't exist. The right thing would be to fix said issues instead of making excuses and outlandish reasons for why they may be happening. That only makes you look less intelligent and more guilty. Example: the cabin light bulb was out. Sales manager promised to replace it. No one at your NISSAN dealership knows how to replace it. You then state you would have to remove the headliner to get it done. Then you state you don't have the proper sealer to go around the housing. I then send you a video of a guy replacing the entire light housing and bulbs in under 5 minutes without removing the headliner. Oh just and FYI the Titan and frontier use the same cabin light. So there actually interchangeable. See what I'm talking about with the lame excuses and outlandish reasons why they can't do something to make it right. The owner of Reed Nissan should be ashamed of how his dealership and his managers go about running his company day in and day out. I told him many stories of other people honking and scream at me on the highway because I couldn't get the truck past the bogging down spot quick enough. I explained how the shaking was so bad I didn't feel safe driving my family around in it cause I'm worried something is gonna snap or fly out from under the truck. No concerns at all for my safety or my family's or the other drivers on the road. Like I told Brian someone needs to do a morals check at Reed Nissan cause clearly it's only about how vehicles they can turn over. Not about selling a quality, dependable, safe product. Read your own reviews Mr. Reed and take a minute from saving the animals and realize how your own company is endangering people on the roads by not addressing major issues properly and pushing them on to the consumer. I should've stopped when Brian tried to tell me the online chat was a automated response system. Yet another lame excuse and outlandish reasons why they can't operate properly. I still have that text to. Right after he text that the lady asked if there was anything else she could help with. I said no not if you're a automated response. Yeah I'm not and it's not.
