He took the time the find the perfect one for me in Reed's second lot off of Ferguson there she was brand new with paper still on. My husband and I were just wanting to get a feel of what the new cars cars looked & felt like in person ( I had done major research online). I was armed up with attitude and NO's..lol, but Jay approached us very calmly and asked if we needed help and I went in with a long list of demands and he said " OK" and smiled. Long story short, we left with my beautiful Storm and the easiest and nicest car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a new car with little hassle I wasn't looking forward to the experience of buying a new car, but it was something that had to be done. Overall, I was impressed with the experience I wasn't looking forward to the experience of buying a new car, but it was something that had to be done. Overall, I was impressed with the experience from Reed Nissan. Jay greeted me after I parked and I was looking at the model car I wanted within 2 minutes and test driving it within 10 minutes. Jay was great to work with and the financing process wasn't bad either as long as you understand basic financing. They did three separate scenarios with financing to help visualize the numbers so I could choose the right option. The customer outreach incentive is extremely misleading/not well explained on the website but that's more of a corporate issue and not the dealerships' fault. All in all, a much better experience than I had thought and would do it again when the time comes. More
Terrible experience I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty it took me two days for them to finally fix it, and they still charged me 400 cause some xxxxxxxx problem with my tires that was in June a week later I returned and said there is something wrong with the suspension it keeps shifting, they told me no it's because u have big tires they ignored me. So I went to another Nissan dealership they said yes they hear it but u have to take it to the dealer u bought the truck from, I go back to reed and say hey there is something wrong I hear it they drive it lift it tell me nothing is wrong send me away again. I take the vehicle to Another dealership and in 5min they found the problem a stripped bolt in suspension they replaced it took them 10min to fix. Reed Nissan had me wait an hour and nothing ur service department SUCKS lazy mechanics , any person going to reed Nissan buyer be ware. More
