Rude Employee I spoke with Nei Rodrigues in sales over the phone and he was quite rude, it was at that point that I knew I would not being giving Reed Nissan my bus I spoke with Nei Rodrigues in sales over the phone and he was quite rude, it was at that point that I knew I would not being giving Reed Nissan my business. I asked him a simple yes or no question since they sent me an email about a "SELL OFF" event basically stating that they were selling cars at very low prices to clear inventory. Even though they offered a nice discount on the cars online, I mentioned the "sell off" email and asked him since they were so desperate to clear inventory would they be willing to discount the cars even further. He then stated that if the discounted price was not low enough for me, then maybe I should be looking at another car. Awesome response right?! I am now dealing with another Nissan dealership with much better customer service! More

Fast and friendly I want to give a shout out to a gentelman that took his time and his talent to get me approved. I meet Brian on a local motorcycle ride and he told me he was a Manager at Reed Nissan. I told him I was interested in getting a new car and that I had been to several dealerships and no one could get me approved. He told me he has been doing this for 16 years and that he knew things other dealers don't know. All I can say is he walks the walk!!!! Brian got me approved on a brand new 2016 Altima SR. I was very impressed with his positive attitude and his ability to do what he said he could do.
