Before you know it I am on the phone with a girl named Jessica who is telling me all about my options as far as trade ins and interest rates and that even with my jacked up credit they could get me into a car....I was so excited because I never thought I could buy my own car, the beater I have now was given to me by my parents but I really want something that I can say I bought and paid for you know? Jessica went over so many things with me I had to start taking notes lol She was great and answered all my questions and even answered questions I should have asked but didn't. I cannot wait to go check out the inventory and maybe go on some test drives! Jessica, you are amazing and I appreciate all the time you took to give me what I needed. More
Shout Out to Amanda I dont usually write reviews but I feel that this employee deserves a shout out. I have really bad credit and I have been turned away by multiple dealerships. I was just on the Reed Nissan website and a chat box popped up. I told them I was just on there dream shopping. They asked my name and number which i then told him NO i dont want anyone calling me. So i gave him my email. Not even 5 mins later I received and email from Amanda Makos. She was inviting me in to take a tour of inventory. I told her no because I know I cant buy and told her my situation and she then stopped me and said Look i have been where you are and I pre judged what could be done. Just fill out a credit application and let me work my magic. So I did. I called some number she gave me and gave them my info and then I called her back to tell her I was done. She instantly pulled my credit applicarion and told me I had been PRE APPROVED and when can I come in! I am so stinkin excited right now I can't stand it! I don't know if I am going to get my car but just the experience with Amanda and how smooth and stress free she made the whole process... I give her 5 stars and recommend that If you are looking to buy a car.. Call Amanda ... just sayin. More

Poor service and will not buy from reed Nissan again! I would give them a less 0 for everything. Very poor Customer service. They give no value to customers time and money. "Sells cars with upgraded features but not really in the vehicle and charges you a premium price". Extremely rude when you go in to inquire and lack a basic business management. People/companies like this is what gives a bad name to retail business owners and car dealerships around the country. Save your money and buy a car of your choice somewhere else. Don't buy it at REED Nissan. More
scam & sham we bought a used car from them ..were told a safety check had been done all cars and if they don't pass they go to the action ...we go to our mechanic we bought a used car from them ..were told a safety check had been done all cars and if they don't pass they go to the action ...we go to our mechanic the next day and the rack and pinion is blown out and said luckily we didn't crash on the way home .$900 fix ....in addition they just slapped new brake pads on car to cover up the severely worn and warped brake rotors that needed to be replaced long ago ..they just scam their way through business ...family owned hahaha ..i wouldn't treat family this way More

Car buying experience vs. after-care" experience The car buying experience was great. I purchased my '16 Altima with the help of the salesman, Marko, who was professional, personable, and helpful. The car buying experience was great. I purchased my '16 Altima with the help of the salesman, Marko, who was professional, personable, and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed the car. HOWEVER, 3 months later, I was in an car accident, and the car was totaled. If you've ever been involved in such situation, you would know how exhausting and complicated the process is, with dealing with a total-loss of a vehicle. Thankfully, I did purchase GAP insurance; but there are TONS of documents and paperwork involved. It takes months for everything to be sorted. The best thing is, in the mean time, you still have to keep up with your car (that was totaled) payments, awesome! With that said, everyone wants to get things done asap so they're not shelling out money for a car they no longer have. Enters the Financing dept of Reed Nissan, or the lack of. I could not go down to the dealership due to my work schedule. I called and left multiple voicemails on different people's phones, to try to get help with some of the paperwork needed for the total loss claim, and no one ever called me back, for WEEKS. Finally I had to ask for time off from work to go to the dealership in person. Even though I was able to get the paperwork I needed at the time, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the financing employees by being there. About 3 weeks ago, I was told (by the gap insurance company) that the refund of the gap was sent to the dealership and I would need to follow up with them. GREAT!!! Again, I've been calling, e-mailing, and even using the online inquiry form to try to get a status update on the refund; to this date I have had NO RESPONSE from the financing department. It's extremely frustrating, and I don't know if I will be able to take time off from work again to go to the dealership in person any time soon. Because of this, I have chosen to NOT purchase the replacement car from Reed Nissan, even though the Sales Dept. had no fault in this. More
