I was a young single mom, first time car buyer and from the first time I sat down with Vince Mancuso he really made me feel like he actually truly car I was a young single mom, first time car buyer and from the first time I sat down with Vince Mancuso he really made me feel like he actually truly cared about my needs and assured me he would make it happen, well he did make it happen because I am now in my brand new 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SV and my kids and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I came from a 22% interest rate car that I was upset with and he got me out of that car and into my brand new pathfinder when he honestly did not even have to help me. I can't say enough words for Vince and Dwayne they will be the only people my family or I ever deal with in the future, my family has dealt with reed Nissan for over 30 years(Dwayne) and we are always satisfied with their customer service they have treated us like family for many many years, and all our family drives Nissans and would never go to a different dealer. Wheel came off car after driving home and back to dealership The service manager Joey displayed insensitive and accusatory behavior while not valuing customer satisfaction or safety. I spent over $2K to have The service manager Joey displayed insensitive and accusatory behavior while not valuing customer satisfaction or safety. I spent over $2K to have a catalytic converter and four oxygen sensors changed on 8/24/17 due to a diagnostics test and sound I was hearing. After picking the car up from the dealer the morning of 8/25/17, I still heard the sound as I was driving home. I immediately called and talked to a service rep who told me the road test guy should have mentioned the noise and I could bring the car back at my earliest convenience. I had to go to work soon so I finished driving the car home, parked it in my garage and drove my wife's car to work instead. After work, I began driving my car back to the dealership. While driving back to the dealership, my front driver's side tire came off while I was driving on the road. Fortunately, I was not injured but my vehicle was damaged. After having the vehicle towed to Reed Nissan and inspected again, the service manager Joey made no apologies and said he could only offer a $100 discount and a free alignment on new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off and that totaled over $2K. Ironically, the new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off were not reported to me when I had the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors replaced nor was a diagnostic tests recommended. However, one technician said he hear another sound coming from the vehicle, noticed rust and other issues underneath the vehicle but it was not mentioned to me verbally or in writing. When I asked why my wheel came off the service manager Joey said he was unsure, it couldn't have been that way when I left the dealership and that "maybe someone has it out for me." Again, NEVER go to this dealership for service! More

Nissan Sentra Lemon Bought my car about two ana a half years ago. Problems from about three months later. The transmission has been replaced twice. Took my car for regular service at 9 this morning. I was told I need to change the break n air filter. Great. It is almost 2 o'clock so I called to be told they are replacing my transmission again. I am so passed to put it lightly. These people is just waiting g for my warranty to to run out to diagnose the real problem. Shame on you REED NISSAN. I must say the complaint is not the person I dealt with he was great Danny was great. It's the company. More

Awesome Sales Consultant and Dealership I purchased my Versa with this dealership back in January 2013. Was exceptionally happy with the service, so when my daughter needed a car, decided t I purchased my Versa with this dealership back in January 2013. Was exceptionally happy with the service, so when my daughter needed a car, decided to take her back to this dealership on Saturday 7/22/17. Jay Gonell was amazingly patient, no pressure, listened to her needs and made it happen for her! She is now the proud 1st time owner of a Versa 2017.
