TOTAL RIP-OFF! Good Day All, Be advised this place is a rip off! I got my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada towed there on April 16, 2018. I spoke to a gentleman in ser Good Day All, Be advised this place is a rip off! I got my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada towed there on April 16, 2018. I spoke to a gentleman in service named Dustin (ext.129). I explained to Dustin via phone that my vehicle stopped moving and that I saw a puddle of transmission fluid. He said that he would get it looked at, then would give me a call. He called me back the next day. He told me that I had an issue with my coils, needed a trans flush, and recommended a few other services. He said that AFTER they did a complete diagnostic that my total would come to $926. He said that nothing else was noticed and that it would be ready later on, but at latest the next day. less than an hour later, Dustin called and advised me that after they filled the fluids and changed the lines my transmission started smoking internally. He said that my transmission was gone. He mentioned a repair cost of $5,100. I said NO! They misdiagnosed the problem and now they want me to pay over $500 for the services that were rendered. So basically, I get my vehicle towed there for them to change some lines, fill my fluid, and the truck still isn't running?! Does that seem logical in any way? He then put his Service Manager on the phone who does not want to release my vehicle until I pay the fee. Dustin DID NOT tell me that it would be $926 to start, but could be more if any other issues arose. He said that the diagnostic was completed and gave me the findings. I was misled to believe that my car would be up and running after I paid the $926 fee. I am a DISABLED VETERAN that has proudly served my country, and to think a company such as this would rip off its customers is a travesty! More

This is the first time i meet sales man like that to be pretend he is a such nice guy, on top of that he is BE AWARE BUYER! BAD DEAL , BAD SALESMAN! This is the first time i meet sales man like that to be pretend he is a such nice guy, on top of that he is easy to get mad and try to intimidate people, is not happy to answer question, he said will give full car detail ,clean, fix repaint bumper, change oil, but not kept he is word included the Windshield Chip almost a dime size, and still not got no response yet, he lies about oil change as the mechanic guy just add more oil on the dirty oil who make things worst now it's over full, so will make me to think again before going to dealer like that to purchase a vehicle, they try to charge almost $9K in fees that he failed to mention earlier for the original price found on internet autotrader.com was $8K. the salesman Stephan, got attitude and stated' this is your car i got nothing to do with it, i was not in the finance home, the car is yours and yelling on my wife. is that the right way people doing business in 21 st century? if people make business that way, any other CEO will never get rich cause every person will get loss when they got to your store and walk back out and never come back and spread the bad word to friend and families member and on social media website to stay away from bad deal, NOTE: every SUCCESSFUL business like amazon, ebay, walmart, they all put customer first... after return back to dealer and the finance guy( Robert) was very careful to removed those unnecessary fees and charge that not supposed to be in the contract, now the price drop from 17k to 13k, BUYER ALWAYS REVIEW THE CONTRACT LINE BY LINE OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET RIP OFF , THERE IS SO MANY UNHONEST GUYS OUT THERE DON'T TRUST ANY VERBAL AGREEMENT IF YOU CAN'T READ THE CONTRACT OR ASKING SOMEONE OR ATTORNEY TO LOOK OVER YOUR CONTRACT IF YOU CAN'T OR NOT SURE TO GO OVER IT YOURSELF, YOU WILL BE SURPRISE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WILL BE SAVED, AS THEY KNOW YOU WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO READ A BUNCH OF PAPER TO FULLY UNDERSTAND AS YOU WANT O GET THE KEY TO GET OUT OF HERE, AND PUT YOURSELF IN FINANCIALLY SITUATION, FINALLY, we are still waiting on the sales manager to send windshield repair guys to fix the crack and chip but still not receive any phone call yet, So i will never recommended any buyer to deal with that guys (Stephan Karamyan) possibly many more of them are most likely. I will come back with update including : the pictures of chip crack on windshield, back bumper, and the paper they are giving as a reference they will send someone to fix the windshield and the picture of dirty oil that salesman confirm was change, be careful with mechanic guy as they can cheat a little bit, and are not as clear on what they have done on your vehicle. More
