I was driving several miles from my home to get my car serviced . I received an an email announcing the new management and thought I would give them ONE more try .WOW what a difference an educated service manager will make ! Kudos to the owners for finding Bob Suranovich, a true diamond in the rough and I'm happy I can now keep my money in my community once more ! More
TERRIBLE Service Department TERRIBLE service! Do not allow them to work on your car. I went in for an oil change and to find out why my check engine light was on. They kept it TERRIBLE service! Do not allow them to work on your car. I went in for an oil change and to find out why my check engine light was on. They kept it overnight to do a diagnostic to find out and when my husband picked up my car, the gas gauge was broken. Not only did they not find out what was wrong with my car, but they expect me to pay $500+ to repair the gas gauge. Beware if you go there! They are only after your money! 10/13/15 Update: An update to my initial complaint. My gas gauge was actually not "broken" but "stuck". My neighbor, who is a mechanic, repaired it with a $3 magnet. The gauge works fine. To think that a $3 magnet repaired the stuck gas gauge and Reed Nissan wanted to charge me $500+ to replace the cluster. Evidently their "trained" technicians are interested in saving the customer money, or even repairing their vehicles unless it costs a lot of money. They had my car for over half a day and they couldn't figure out what needed to be done. A rip off!!! More

I am amazed they are in business, but I guess they are the only game in town if you want a Nissan. The GM...walks around like he is better than everyone...just a bad culture all around. More
