Took it AutoZone they scanned it and computer showed needs camshaft senser I did not have time to replace it my self so I though I'll drop it off at Nissan Clermont Reed and spoke to johanthan he said he will call me... He called he said it needs some new gasket or compression issue with oil and price is $3500! Yes three thousand and five hundred dollars.. I informed him I took it to AutoZone and it needs a senser. He started telling me 100 things that it's not it.. even though computers in cars don't lie they tell the truth unlike mechanics at Reed Nissan of Clermont they are big fat unethical liers!!.. they even charged me $99 for fake diagnoses fee.!!. I bought the part from autozone and took me 10 mintues to put it in by looking up a YouTube video and it's been. A week the vibration and engine light is gone runs like new cost me $70!!. Stay away from this shady unathecial place. They will rip you off no ethics nothing..heartless I feel bad for people who get thair cars repaired there. More

Service Department I brought my car in for AC repair- they broke the dash board and did not fix it. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he said he would fix i I brought my car in for AC repair- they broke the dash board and did not fix it. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he said he would fix it as a "courtesy." He was impatient and acted like I was bothering him. I paid over $800 for the overall repairs- and I was leaving with cosmetic damage. I told him that I should get a loaner car while they fix what they broke, he said he could not provide one. More

FINALLY ! The owners of this dealership finally got their service department right !! I refused to continue using their service dept 2 years ago. I was driving several miles from my home to get my car serviced . I received an an email announcing the new management and thought I would give them ONE more try .WOW what a difference an educated service manager will make ! Kudos to the owners for finding Bob Suranovich, a true diamond in the rough and I'm happy I can now keep my money in my community once more ! More
TERRIBLE Service Department TERRIBLE service! Do not allow them to work on your car. I went in for an oil change and to find out why my check engine light was on. They kept it TERRIBLE service! Do not allow them to work on your car. I went in for an oil change and to find out why my check engine light was on. They kept it overnight to do a diagnostic to find out and when my husband picked up my car, the gas gauge was broken. Not only did they not find out what was wrong with my car, but they expect me to pay $500+ to repair the gas gauge. Beware if you go there! They are only after your money! 10/13/15 Update: An update to my initial complaint. My gas gauge was actually not "broken" but "stuck". My neighbor, who is a mechanic, repaired it with a $3 magnet. The gauge works fine. To think that a $3 magnet repaired the stuck gas gauge and Reed Nissan wanted to charge me $500+ to replace the cluster. Evidently their "trained" technicians are interested in saving the customer money, or even repairing their vehicles unless it costs a lot of money. They had my car for over half a day and they couldn't figure out what needed to be done. A rip off!!! More

I am amazed they are in business, but I guess they are the only game in town if you want a Nissan. The GM...walks around like he is better than everyone...just a bad culture all around. More
