All I wanted was a simple oil change and tire rotation I never thought that a simple oil change and tire rotation at the service center would lead to one of the most terrifying driving experiences I’ve eve I never thought that a simple oil change and tire rotation at the service center would lead to one of the most terrifying driving experiences I’ve ever had! On the way home after leaving the dealership (a couple of miles), the front tire FLEW OFF, narrowly missing a head-on collision into oncoming vehicles! Also, I nearly lost control when the front end crashed down, and also was close to a head-on crash, before managing to get the car off the roadway. Initially, after returning to the dealership to report what happened the customer service rep was very concerned and stated after checking the "recording" they could see the technician failed to tighten the lug nuts which of course lead to the wheel flying off. They stated they fired the technician and we're going to take care of this, even saying they would possibly provide us with a brand new vehicle due to the fact the van was itself, brand new. They said they would contact us in the next couple of days. (Which they did not.) However, after the "higher-ups" started getting involved, their tone changes and thus starts all the "legal" jargon and backpedaling. But this is where it gets absolutely infuriating. The General Manager had the absolute nerve to state, "Of course, none of us were with your client after they took delivery of the van, so I am not sure there would be 100% proof we would be at fault." "I am not insinuating your client did this, but there are multiple cases to where customers have rigged vehicles after delivery to try and get something for free, or to unwind out of a deal." REALLY??? You're not insinuating? Actually, you ARE insinuating, and now insulting me! Further to get out of fault and to minimize the possible severity of what could have happened, he even linked to a "Reddit thread" showing how common it is for dealerships to not tighten down lug nuts. Is that supposed to make me feel better??? Actually, it EMPHASIZES my point!! Suppose I got on the turnpike instead of a back road? Suppose I was going 70 mph when my tire flew off into on-coming traffic in the opposite lane on the turnpike?? The fact that it is common is supposed to make me and my family feel better if I or someone else DIED due to something like this? So now that all the backpedaling has started, they are trying to get ME to have my insurance to pay for it, but they could, "reimburse" me. WHAT A DEAL! My monthly insurance premiums get to skyrocket, while they cover "cost", plus, I no longer have a new vehicle so I take a hit on the resale. No thanks. I can only state it was the worse service experience I’ve ever had!! STAY AWAY!! More
Bad Service Well I been doing my service work since 2016 this is our second vehicle. Always had good service but yesterday down right suck!!!! Nick the service advisor got throw under the bus!!! I went there to have a tire repair lof and tire rotation and brake assist reprogram. I told Jonathan if you don’t have time I’ll come back another day because we didn’t want to sit there to wait . We had other things to do. But I was told that we could do everything in 2 hrs !!!! Well for one that didn’t happen . Now I’m happy they replace the tire bc I have the road hazard plan , the lof was done . But now no brake assist reprogram and no tire rotation. I was told the tires didn’t need to be rotated because they where wearing evenly . Ok well I own a Body shop for 25 years and that the first I every heard that !!!! Rotation makes them wear evenly. So I guess it was a excuse for not doing it . Top it all off Jonathan threw the service advisor under the bus !!!! Never communicate it with him or what had to be done More

After ringing the bell the parts clerk arrived to the window. when i asked if he had the part i needed he replied Yes i have Two in stock; but let me check. Upon return he had none but i could order it and it would arrive in a couple of days. I then ask how much for the part he said about $230 when i asked if that would be the total he said no there was an additional charge form the service department of approximately $240 to reprogram and would take about three hours. t another dealership i received the part & programming for $278 More

A Christmas miracle . On 11/26/2018 I went into Reed Nissan in Clermont to keep my daughter accompanied while she services her car. During the waiting period we had deci . On 11/26/2018 I went into Reed Nissan in Clermont to keep my daughter accompanied while she services her car. During the waiting period we had decided to view the vehicles on the lot when Ms. Allison Lazoo approached us; extremely nice soft-spoken lady. She showed us several cars and so on, mind you I was there only as support for my daughter. I saw a car that I loved, she gently asked me if I wanted to run the numbers and see if anything happens; let me give you a bit of my background- I have bad credit period. Well to make a long story short, after they returned saying I need a co-signer or a down payment I said no worries as that is what I was expecting. Behold he comes Jay, and he understood my situation and stated "let me see what I can do" within less than 5 minutes he returned stating I was approved with Zero down, my tears rolled down my face and I was in shock. The manner in which I was treated was amazing, they acted as if they knew me, really knew me as a person, not a customer. But it didn't end there; I had no money with me nor in my account- zero! They made a miracle before I knew it, I had a car and insurance, insurance assisted by one of their own- who does that--- Reed Nissan of Clermont that's who. The services was amazing, the staff was outstanding and the length they all went through to make my dream a reality can only happen at Reed Nissan of Clermont. They granted me another chance in life to be independent. If you are looking to buy a car, please visit Reed Nissan of Clermont- you won't regret it. Best customer services ever!!!
