Think about the bigger picture.1,311 miles into my lease, I needed a wheel alignment. Just over 12,000 miles into the lease, I needed another one. The picture is what my front passenger tire looked like at this point. After the second one, I left the dealership (picked it up after work when service department was closed / stopped taking customers for the day) and noticed my steering wheel was sitting off center. Mind you, I had the wheel alignment done after I had to pay $300 out of my own pocket for tires. I took the car back and the Service advisor I spoke with told me they'd have to perform ANOTHER wheel alignment. That makes 3. Their answer to the answer to my problem? - I either hit a pothole or hit a curb (I have not). I've been driving for 16 years... Never had issues like this. Clearly, something is wrong with the vehicle. THREE wheel alignments over the span of 18 months? Needless to say, they just weren't helpful, gave generic answers, and.... surprise, surprise - did not do right by the customer. Side note, I originally went to this dealership to look at cars and they were beyond terrible. Ended up leasing it elsewhere. The only reason I've gone to Reed in Clermont is because I can walk to the dealership from where I live. All about convenience, right? They're terrible. Stay away from this dealership and stay away from Nissan at all costs. Overpriced, poorly manufactured, undependable. Side note, separate from the 2 times I've gotten wheel alignments done by them, there were 2 other times I've gone there and wasted my time because they couldn't service me. First time they told me the wheel alignment machine was down and they would give me a call once it was working again. I called xx and went back VERY shortly after I left.. Machine was working and they didn't contact me. Second time I was turned away, I waited at the dealership for an hour and a half before they basically told me hey, we're too backed up, can't get to the car today. "You didn't have an appointment" doesn't apply here. I called for one and one of the service advisors told me they don't necessarily operate around appointments. Bring the car in, you might have to wait but we'll take care of it was the response I was given. More
I took my car in for a tune up and oil change last Wednesday My check engine light came on and my engine shook like crazy on the way home from dealer ship. Car was not doing that before taking it in for the tune up and oil change. will not purchase Nissan from that Nissan dealer ship because of service dept. More
Recently (late July 2024) visited the service department at this Nissan dealership & was disappointed in the waiting room area compared to other dealerships. It seemed to be 3rd rate where other dealership at this Nissan dealership & was disappointed in the waiting room area compared to other dealerships. It seemed to be 3rd rate where other dealerships service department waiting room treat their customers like future purchasers of new cars. In this waiting room they only had coffee & water free for customers. Others offer a lot more and they're significantly more appealing & comfortable for us. It is apparent this area wasn't given much though on creativity and in desperate need of redesigning. I also was disappointment that their charge for a diagnostic was north of $200.00 & I walked away feeling like I was robbed! I visited a Toyota dealership new this dealership last year for my Lexus & the cost of the repair was very high & I chose not to do the work & their service advisor said no charge for the diagnostic. In this economy we're living in it's always nice to know some dealership understand and do the right thing! Not this dealership! I will not be returning here and recommend others to look at other dealerships that are more customer focused. I'm in senior management position for over 20 years & I've always said to my employees if your days starts at 7:30 am & you arrive near 7:30 "You're Late"! I arrived at this dealership @ 7am for a 7:30 appointment & noticed lots of their mechanics arrived after 7:25...not good! Maybe it's a reflection of their management but not good! Other dealerships I've been to the employees are there at least 15 minutes early! The only positive was the Service Advisor was professional. However, when I asked another service advisor where my car was 30 minutes after my car was taken she (young lady) replied with an attitude kind of like she was perturbed I even asked - not good! More

THEY ARE CROOKS AND CAN’t BE TRUSTED. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A ZERO - (0) BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION. Bought used 2019 Altima in 2021 that had 750 miles on it. Just took in for 2’nd oil change - has 9,000 miles and they said I need to: 1. Replace back brakes for $299.96 Nissan recommends new breaks between 30,000 to 70,000 miles 2. Flush brake lines - 189.95 Nissan recommends 20,000 3 Replace 2 filters for ~$125.00 When I bought the car a paid over $2,000 for an extended 5 years warranty which they said would cover everything. Ha Ha - it covers oil change and tire rotation. Of course they don’t give you a copy of the documents, everything is on a memory stick. After printing out and reading the warranty, it covers almost nothing. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. WHEN THEY CALLED FOR A FOLLOW UP WE TOLD THEM SO AND THAT THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY DOESN’T COVER ANYTHING. THEIR SUGGESTION WAS TO COME IN AND TRADE IT IN ON A NEW CAR THAT REALLY HAS A TRUE WARRANTY. I went to Nissan Reed Clermont service for oil change On time and the lady told me that it will take 1.30 hr or max 1.45 hr, but it took more than 2.45 hr, and did it worth to wait?? Of course not!! The agent added tire rotation by herself to the list and telling me that I signed the paper at the end, means that I have to pay?? which was very rude!! The reason why it happened; she was on the phone while getting my car into the service, may be whoever had a conversation with her asking for tire rotation. I refused to pay and finally they took it out. It was my second time to go there but for sure will not go again. Also when I arrive there most of the staff were NOT wearing mask( especially from sales section, no one! which is in same building), I was surprised!! No Sanitizing for any chair, pen, coffee machine etc. no one was paying attention for Covid 19!! Just there were few warning papers attached around, nothing else, completely no Action at all!! What a miserable and unsafe place. DO NOT GO there!!! More
I was told when bought tires for my car from them that you get free tire rotation, so I brought my car that I bought from them to get tires rotated and then told that they do not do that.
