High Pressure Sales Tactics Showed up, told them our credit situation and where we needed to be at price wise. Found a model that suited us and the salesman said no problem that Showed up, told them our credit situation and where we needed to be at price wise. Found a model that suited us and the salesman said no problem that they can make it work. First day we sat for 3 hours waiting for the bottom line pricing and never got it. Then came in the next day and waited another 3 hours. We also had our 2 kids with us 5 and 7 years old. We watched the financial managers sit in their office leaning back talking to other co workers as they played basketball in their office. Once they finally got final numbers they were over $100 higher than what we needed. Kept pushing us to sign pre agreements which made no sense to me. After 3 hours we finally walked out and once we pulled out of the yard they called me and asked me to come back. I asked them I'll come back if they give me the pricing over the phone but they refused and said it has to be done in the office. The manager told me that I needed to give them the respect for all the work they did. I gave them 6 hours worth of respect. Then the manager told me over the phone that "if your credit score was in the 800's we wouldn't have had to wait so long." I was clear about my credit up front but I sure have a lot of money to put down. I will never buy a car from this dealership. Their loss. More

Thank you Jody Cvek I went to Reed Nissan Clermont searching for an advertised used Ford. Turns out the car was in Orlando and Jody showed me a few comparable Nissans. Long story, things didn't work out so well that day and while I was interested in one of the Nissans that came in, it didn't pan out. He spent over 6 hours that day for me to turn and walk out due to no fault of his, but then I contacted him the next day and he still worked himself to death finally getting the car from Orlando, getting me the deal I could live with and being super nice, super friendly, cooperative and accommodating, even though I left with a Ford! GREAT guy, GREAT dealership, amazing people and an all around great experience! Would highly recommend both the dealership AND most especially Jody Cvec!! More

When we arrived at the dealership, Rudy paired us with Aaron Maguire- and we couldn't have been a better fit. He was patient, knowledgable and went out of his way to make my daughter as comfortable as possible with her experience. It didn't matter how many times she needed to drive the car , or how many questions she asked. He went over and above to put her at ease. Abi from finance was great. Easy going and non-threatening, he went out of his way to find the right financing for his military customer.
