Thank you Ray Cook Knowing how Car Dealerships operate, you can't really say they are being shady. They are meant to put you in a car and only people with really good cr Knowing how Car Dealerships operate, you can't really say they are being shady. They are meant to put you in a car and only people with really good credit usually get the car they want right off bat. I was told by Brian Longacre that i was approved for a good range of the cars they sold there So long as i had traded my 2003 Lincoln Navigator in. I had asked about 3 times prior to going to this dealership which is about 20-30 miles away from me located in Clermont. I had to have my Navigator towed there for 165$ plus getting a new title so i didn't have much money to work with. So when i got there you can imagine how annoyed i was when Ray Cook told me the only car the bank had approved me for was a Nissan Versa. which is much smaller than an average full sized car in my opinon. Ontop of that the car isn't for men. Men have like this " Okay, i can work with this" Factor. I definitely have one. And the Nissan Versa that Brian told me they sold 50 of didn't impress me one bit. Save for the Gas Mileage. And when Brian asked me why i wasn't happy. The simple response was this " Sorry,this is what the bank approved you for, And it's a great car, i've sold 50 of these" The problem was i don't care about how many you sold. I want something that makes me feel comfortable driving. And not like i'm going to be the laughingstock of all my friends and their small car jokes However, I've never met a Salesman like Ray Cook before, and i don't know why his name isn't in the employee list. But not only did he get me a better car, he actually fought tooth and nail and helped me re-get insurance for my vehicle at the cheapest price available. I'll never forget that type of service. MY thoughts on Brian Longacre, he's a nice guy, but don't let him fool you into coming in unless he has concrete evidence that you wont be stuck with a sardine can like a Nissan Versa. I have been shopping at the wrong dealership I have bought 15 Nissans along with family members at a Nissan dealer in Leesburg. When the dealership didn't contact me back, I decided to try Reed I have bought 15 Nissans along with family members at a Nissan dealer in Leesburg. When the dealership didn't contact me back, I decided to try Reed Nissan. I was shocked, I have never had such a pleasant and fun buying experience, this place just blew me away. Service Department I brought my car in for AC repair- they broke the dash board and did not fix it. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he said he would fix i I brought my car in for AC repair- they broke the dash board and did not fix it. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he said he would fix it as a "courtesy." He was impatient and acted like I was bothering him. I paid over $800 for the overall repairs- and I was leaving with cosmetic damage. I told him that I should get a loaner car while they fix what they broke, he said he could not provide one. More
