Zero stars. Too many issues to list and management does not care. In and out of service for 2 years with 8 major issues. I went to Nissan Reed Clermont service for oil change On time and the lady told me that it will take 1.30 hr or max 1.45 hr, but it took more than 2.45 hr, and did it worth to wait?? Of course not!! The agent added tire rotation by herself to the list and telling me that I signed the paper at the end, means that I have to pay?? which was very rude!! The reason why it happened; she was on the phone while getting my car into the service, may be whoever had a conversation with her asking for tire rotation. I refused to pay and finally they took it out. It was my second time to go there but for sure will not go again. Also when I arrive there most of the staff were NOT wearing mask( especially from sales section, no one! which is in same building), I was surprised!! No Sanitizing for any chair, pen, coffee machine etc. no one was paying attention for Covid 19!! Just there were few warning papers attached around, nothing else, completely no Action at all!! What a miserable and unsafe place. DO NOT GO there!!! More
I was told when bought tires for my car from them that you get free tire rotation, so I brought my car that I bought from them to get tires rotated and then told that they do not do that. On June 10th I took my car in for an oil change as I have for the last year and a half. the service lady told me that my oil change was not covered. She also said that “I suppose they didn’t tell you that wh for the last year and a half. the service lady told me that my oil change was not covered. She also said that “I suppose they didn’t tell you that when you called” and she said “the sales department needs to stop telling people that the extended warranty covers all oil changes.” When we bought the car the sales manager said “you’re gonna pay for oil changes anyway so this is a no brainer.” My vehicle is still under warranty until February 2022. Needless to say I will not be bringing my car back to reed Nissan for an oil change. More

He was able to match their online price and even came back with it a bit lower! I am now the owner of a beautiful Nissan Rogue and plan to return to Reed Nissan of Clermont in the future.
