Not really a place where you can get good service I bought 2 Nissans at Reed Nissan in Clermon, FL and Finance Manager tried to rip me off hiding all possible warranties in the amount of over $6000 on I bought 2 Nissans at Reed Nissan in Clermon, FL and Finance Manager tried to rip me off hiding all possible warranties in the amount of over $6000 on each vehicle. After raising my concerns and making big deal out of it with a Manager finally all warranties were taken off. Now one of my new Nissans have AIRBAG light on and rear door latch does not open side doors. So I set up appointment for service on Friday May 26th 2017 . Next day Nelson who accepted my vehicle for service called and talked to my Office Manger and broke the news that latch not working in those Nissans is a pretty common thing ( ?!) and that airbag light is on because front seat was removed and if I want to get it fixed - it will be over $400 and will not be covered under the warranty. Seat was never removed from that car - I even don't know how to do it ! Not to mention that why would I want to remove seat in that car? I tried to call multiple times to get status of that vehicle. One person who picked up the phone said that does not want to get involved and Nelson is no where to be found and does not respond to voice messages. I still do not have my vehicle back nor anybody knows what is going on. It is over a week now and I have no idea when I will get it back. This is probably worse of the worse customer service I ever experienced. More

Unfair and Deceptive Business Practice I acquired in April 2016 a Nissan Sentra 2016 SV with which I was quite happy due to the performance and quality of the vehicle. On March, 16 2017; I acquired in April 2016 a Nissan Sentra 2016 SV with which I was quite happy due to the performance and quality of the vehicle. On March, 16 2017; I went to the Reed Nissan to service the car in which I was paying 341 dollars a month. While I was waiting for my car, I was approached by a salesman named Victor asking me if he could help me in anything. I told him that I was fine and he insisted that he could make a trade on this car and leave me with an Altima SR 2017 due to some fabulous rebates and would surely pay the same or less as what I was currently paying. I told him that I needed not to change my vehicle but to buy a second vehicle for my wife. He shared with me that I could make a trade for my car for a better one where I would pay the same and then I would get a certified Pre-Owned vehicle in which I would be paying between 150 and 200 dollars a month due to an offer that they had at the dealership at that time. We made the negotiation and at the end of the trade for my vehicle it turns out that I will have to pay about 425 dollars for the new car. After that was already signed and my car delivered I was informed that the best offer they have for my wife's vehicle is a Nissan Sentra 2014 valued at about 10,000 dollars with a payment of $ 338 monthly. I shared with Victor that this isn’t what he promised and that it would had been better then to stay with my vehicle Sentra SV 2016 for which I was paying $ 341. He told me that already he had asked in finance and that first the business of the trade was already done and second it did not suit me that way. As you could see, we were badly advised by an unfair and deceptive business practice in which the salesperson had taken advantage of our good faith to harm us not only in the present but in our future. When the first bills arrived at the house of what we owe between the two cars and realize what the cars are worth in the market we realized that in truth we were victims of fraud and very bad advice due to the vividness of the seller for wanting to sell two vehicles when in fact he only needed to sell one. When I went to the dealer; I owed around $ 16,000 in the Sentra 2016. The new car with all the rebates was about $ 20,000 when you see the offers on the Internet; both in Reed Nissan and other dealers. This could have been only $ 36,000 that I supposed to owe if I only bought one car versus almost $ 52,000 I owe right now and I have a Nissan Sentra 2014 that I do not trust. If the salesperson and the dealer really wanted to advise us in a clever way and appreciate us as loyal customers, we would have recommended to stay with the Nissan Sentra 2016 SV that is still in its facilities and to acquire a new Altima SR 2017 that is now on offer until with a 25% discount on about $ 21,000 less debt affecting our future. On May 9, 17; I spoke with Nick Rodriguez (General Sales Manager) explaining the case to which he replied that he understood my case, that unfortunately he was not in that moment of the negotiation, that he clearly understood that the salesperson should had sold me a single car instead of two but that unfortunately could no longer help me with the case due to the time that already went by. He advised me to come back in July when the Credit Unions would have an event at the dealer to try to help me but I know it will not be beneficial for me since the debt is already on my name. This situation is badly affecting our peace of mind, our emotional balance and our future as a family in top of being an unfair sales practice where the business took advantage of me in an unfortunate situation due to the bad advice of one of its employees Since they still have my old 2016 Nissan Sentra SV at the dealer, I expect for them to go back and cancel this negotiation if possible and only sell me an Altima 2017 honoring the offers that they have available with all the rebates. In this way I will keep paying $ 341 for the Sentra 2016 SV that I had plus the monthly payment of the new Altima at the market price with all the rebates. More

These people are CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I Bought a 2016 Nissan Versa Note in December 2016 from Jose Carbo. They would not negotiate the price any lower an DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I Bought a 2016 Nissan Versa Note in December 2016 from Jose Carbo. They would not negotiate the price any lower and the car had visible scratches and dents. They gave me one key and said they will get me another key later and fix the damage. On the way home the car broke down in the middle of an intersection. We called our Dealer Jose Carbo who said "Wow Really?" and hung up the phone. We then called AAA to tow the car. We called and spoke with the Sales Manager the next day and he didnt want anything to do with us. He said he would have Jose handle it and Jose would be calling us back. He also promised to get an extra key for the car and its now April 2017 and they refuse to help us or speak to us. This by far the worse dealership I have ever been to. After the purchase is over and you sign the papers they are done with you. They are only after sales numbers and have a competition going on who can sell the most. Dont bother telling me to call Nick Rodrigues that seems to be the response to every negative review here. More
Reasonable purchase tanked by ridiculous extra charge I had an experience at your dealership on Monday, March 28, that I want to share with you. First of all, the salesperson I worked with, Flor Rivera, w I had an experience at your dealership on Monday, March 28, that I want to share with you. First of all, the salesperson I worked with, Flor Rivera, was very kind and very accommodating. I would work with him again. I came to your dealership interested in a Versa, but I also became interested in the 2015 Kia Soul (Stock # T26443A). Flor told me that the Versa was $11,400 and the Kia Soul was $11,500. So, we test drove both. After that, I decided I wanted to talk pricing about the Kia Soul. When we got to the table, I was told that the $11,500 price I was quoted did not include an extra $500 for the racing stripe that was added to the car. I was also told that declining financing would add a $1000 charge to the bill. I didn't want financing because I don't like taking on debt. However, I conceded to financing the vehicle to avoid this $1000 charge. After a little bit of back-and-forth, I asked for a final 'out the door' price of $13,500. Reduction in tag fees (since I’d transfer my existing tags myself), elimination of the ‘no financing’ $1000 charge, and removal of the racing stripe charge got us to $13,521.30. Keep in mind, this never included any reduction in the purchase price of the vehicle. The purchase stayed at $11,500. This was acceptable to me and I was ready to move forward. After a few minutes, Flor stated that 'his boss' (I'll assume this is the Sales Manager) was fighting Flor on the racing stripe charge. I inform Flor that this $13,521.30 is my absolute limit. Another round with the Sales Manager and Flor informed me that the racing stripe charge can be reduced to $399, bringing the overall total to $14,019. Flor asked several questions to see if I was willing to pay a lower charge for the racing stripe. My response was 'no' and we walked away from the sale. We walked away because it seemed kind of ridiculous that your dealership would be so stubborn about a $500 racing stripe charge that was a hidden charge revealed later, not part of the original price quoted. When we were in our car and ready to drive away, Flor flagged us down and told us that the Sales Manager told him that their storage lot in Orlando has the exact same car but was purchase by your dealership for less that the vehicle we test drove. Flor assured me that I can have this other Kia Soul for $13,521.30. We agreed to get dinner (since it was 7:30) while Flor drove to Orlando to get the car. When we came back an hour later, Flor told us that the other Kia Soul was gone and that the Sales Manager (after having us wait around an extra hour) still won't agree to the $13,521.30 price for the Kia Soul we test drove. We were at an impasse again. I shook Flor's hand and left your dealership with no desire to return. 5 hours of my time and 3 hours of Flor's time was wasted because a Sales Manager insisted I pay for a $500 racing stripe. A Sales Manager kept a salesman off the floor for nearly 2 hours because a $500 racing stripe was that important. I don't think I can emphasize this enough: a Sales Manager allowed a sale at the end of the month to fall apart over $500. More

Finance Managers will lie on the warranty coverage Bought a car here 2015 Nissan Murano and Tony Shouman told me that the warranty is for 8 years. When I check with Nissan Consumer Affairs, I only have Bought a car here 2015 Nissan Murano and Tony Shouman told me that the warranty is for 8 years. When I check with Nissan Consumer Affairs, I only have 3 years maintenance and 5 years warranty. They will trick you to buy warranty and lie about it so you can pay more. I asked for a refund after cancelling it on before the 30 days. Tony made excuses and it took 8 months for it to be cancelled and they only refunded 84% when nissan warranty clearly mention that it should be 100% if cancelled within 30 days.Shame on this dealership and shame on the owner and Aaron Gleason for having employees who cheat the very community they help. Imagine just $2000 you will lose a customer and more bad reviews. More
