Once the car is selected he follows through in assisting with the paperwork and making certain that the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed and all the concerns of the purchaser are addressed. Finally - he assures the car is delivered properly and all the agreed conditions are met. Then - he is there to wave a final good-bye sand "thank you" as you drive away. I am thankful that I received Manolo with the luck of the draw. It is the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. I had the least amount of stress and I was not prodded an shoved around into making decisions that I would regret later. Michael More
Worst car buying experience ever! If their was a 0 start rating I would have giving it 0 stars. First off, it took more then 20 days for them to pay off my trade in vehicle. 2nd, when If their was a 0 start rating I would have giving it 0 stars. First off, it took more then 20 days for them to pay off my trade in vehicle. 2nd, when we asked to speak to a manager nobody would answer the phone or call us back. 3rd, they put the wrong tag on are car, and 4th, the worst one of them all, is now I have to drive illegally so I can go to work. Because the temporary tag is only good for 30 days and they have yet to mail me the registration so I can transfer my tag. I wouldn’t recommend this car dealership to anyone! More

Easiest & Friendliest car buying experience ever! Davis Dlugokecki, a Sales Professional, greeted me pretty quickly. The hole buying process was actually pretty Pleasant. To be honest, I didn't have Davis Dlugokecki, a Sales Professional, greeted me pretty quickly. The hole buying process was actually pretty Pleasant. To be honest, I didn't have a lot to offer as a down payment and although I don't think I have the worst credit it wasn't that great. Davis did not waste my time and brought me to a beautiful pre-owned dealer certified 2014 Nissan Juke (whick is what I asked about). I enjoed dealing with Davis because it wasn't just business he was very personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Rogue Since he used to own one. I also learned a little bit about him like he is newlywed (under 2years) and a new father to a beautiful baby boy. Unfortunately, 2 days later, i has a service light come on in my car. I called and made an appointment to bring my vehicke back. After checking the car i was told a part needed replacing and it had been ordered but i need to leave the vehicle overnight. While I was there, Davis checked in on me and asked me what they said was wrong. He then asked me if i was getting a rental from them and i told him my daughter was picking me up. He asked me if I would like the rental and I told him it would definitely be more convenient. Davis then went to the service area and spoke with someone and arranged to have a rental delivered so that I can use it to go to work tomorrow. My experience from Sales, to insurance (the inmanaget managet was also wonderful) to the service was wonderful. I would definately recomend Davis & Reed Nissan (clermont) to anyone looking to buy a car. More
Alexandra is amazing! After car shopping for a few moths, I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and how much I was willing to spend. After a few frustrating evenings at local dealerships, where we were being pushed into more expensive models and haggling over the price- for cars with so many add-ons that I did not need or want, I was over it. I sent one simple email to several dealerships within a 3 hour drive from my home. In the email I stated exactly what I wanted and that this was a simple sale. Within hours, Alexandra from Reed Nissan respond. The dealership was 2 hours from my home, but she had the car I wanted and at an excellent price. After assuring my husband and I that the price would not change, we packed up and drove the 2 hours. She greeted us as we came in, had a salesman show me the 2 cars matching my needs and wants. There was no haggling over price or being pressured into a more expensive model. We drove away 2 hours later in my new car. It the most positive, least amoutn of stress I have ever experienced purchasing a car. Alexandra was great and I cannot say enough good things about her. From her first contact, she understood my needs and was ready to meet them. She made car buying what it should be when you know what you want. More

Poor Customer Service I took my daughter into buy a car she had found on line and we drove 45 miles to the dealer. The car was there and it was as advertised and priced as I took my daughter into buy a car she had found on line and we drove 45 miles to the dealer. The car was there and it was as advertised and priced as shown. But, when I met with the salesman, he had added 799.00 for a yearly maintenance plan. I rejected the plan as it makes no sense to drive 45 miles one way for a few oil changes. But I also saw DOC 799.00. I asked how DOC fees were that high and he said well that is the fees for all the DOC stamps and stuff. I said if that is the case, then all the fees will be lower once he takes off the 799.00 for the maintenance fee. As they are based on price of deal. He said, oh yes. I will re do them. I never saw the numbers again until I got to the finance guy. I asked him about the DOC fees and he proceeded to show everything but that, and then show me the actual taxes and tag fees. We went over the numbers for the finance and he said he cut me a break on the interest rate. With an excellent credit score, it was no break, it was in line with what it should be. But, as the car was for my daughter and I had to co sign, I wanted to see about her getting her own insurance and they pretty much pushed us into their on site office. I kept having to walk out around them to contact my insurance to get a comparison quote. Then, the insurance clerk on site started trying to sell me retirement investments for his second job, trying to show me how savvy a broker he was and the guaranteed money he could earn for me. When I tried to explain I had a defined contribution plan at work, he did not understand what that was. The whole time I felt cornered in the office with them trying to get signatures as fast as possible. The car itself was priced well, but after some time you wondered what were they hiding. I had to leave the car over night as to bring back the insurance information from my company (way better in price). Once we got the keys, I took another look at the paper work and in the page they skipped over. There it was, that 799.00. But now as a shipping/dealer fee. I raised the question and now a different salesman said it was the standard fee I was told about. I said it was labeled as a DOC stamp fee and no one said anything about a delivery fee or dealer fee. I told him, good job as they got it over on me. He said they should have told me and I said each time I questioned it, they went to another topic. OK, my bad on that. But answer the questions. I explained it was in poor service and he knew it. All he had to offer was, well you can talk to a manager. Right. Sure, he is going to make it better. PS, the first day I asked for a tire with a nail to be fixed and put fix the missing clutch cover pad. I was told it would be done. It was not and they plugged the tire. More

My wife & I drove from Tampa to purchase a car priced to sell after researching the vehicle online. We provided the staff with our own secured financing and signed an agreed upon deal. Here is where the plot thickens... the Sales manager Tinu Thakurr, retracted approval to repair a safety concern, (rock damaged windshield), then the FInance Manager, Carlos Vargas retracted sale of the vehicle because we refused to allow the dealership to run our credit. He cited the 2001 Patriot Act as requiring an application to be completed. Mind you most of the Patriot Act expired in 2015 and has nothing to do with a car purchase. We were lied to and disrespected as REED Nissan prospective customers. This dialogue has been associated with several SCAMS and Our experience was NOT consistent with Raymond REED's customer first/community oriented bio. What do you think?? I left a message for Mr Reed, as I thought he would want to know how is customers are being treated in Clermont. Shelton More
