I apparently got him in trouble with the amount of great customer service he provided, but in the end, he was able to help me. Mat was also a big help, he let me know the best options for car insurance. Tony was very patient, he didn't pressure me into making a decion that was best for the dealership, and even though it was the end of the day with more people he needed to do paperwork for, he didn't rush me. Regardless of a car purchase or not, my review of this dealership was going to be positive. I had a great experience with everyone I worked with. More

I bought a car and was promised new tires and rims on the used car and the manager Rob Gomez told me he will not help me and we must part ways and doesn’t care about CS. Took it AutoZone they scanned it and computer showed needs camshaft senser I did not have time to replace it my self so I though I'll drop it off at Nissan Clermont Reed and spoke to johanthan he said he will call me... He called he said it needs some new gasket or compression issue with oil and price is $3500! Yes three thousand and five hundred dollars.. I informed him I took it to AutoZone and it needs a senser. He started telling me 100 things that it's not it.. even though computers in cars don't lie they tell the truth unlike mechanics at Reed Nissan of Clermont they are big fat unethical liers!!.. they even charged me $99 for fake diagnoses fee.!!. I bought the part from autozone and took me 10 mintues to put it in by looking up a YouTube video and it's been. A week the vibration and engine light is gone runs like new cost me $70!!. Stay away from this shady unathecial place. They will rip you off no ethics nothing..heartless I feel bad for people who get thair cars repaired there. More

During a long and arduous search process after a car accident that resulted in a totaled vehicle, it was refreshing to find a Car Salesman that didn't wreak of dishonest intent and had a genuine interest in seeing us be able to afford and drive away with a vehicle my partner and I loved. He wasn't trying to just get us into any old car--he wanted us to have the best options that fit our needs. Even though we didn't strike a deal, that definitely won't stop me from sending anyone who inquires about a Nissan over to Mike. So long as he continues his honest disposition, I think he'll actually be one of the first to be a truly honest, helpful and wonderful car salesman. P.S Roxana, who was assisting Mike, was also a dream to work with. Her hard work and determination to make sure we were happy with what we wanted to test drive just inspired us to continue to try and forge a deal with Reed Nissan. Her uplifting personality and demeanor made the long day not seem all that bad or long and made the car-buying/selection experience actually fun and filled with laughter! It's unfortunate she's not quite in sales yet, but I have no doubt she'll make people feel comfortable with the difficult choices which are necessary in a car buying experience. xxxxxxto you both!
