The advertised car was not on site. The car in question had been advertised on the internet at a very good price so I used the online contact feature to contact them to let them know my The car in question had been advertised on the internet at a very good price so I used the online contact feature to contact them to let them know my interest. I received a call back within 10 minutes. Impressive. I made an appointment for noon the next day and was told that they would have a salesman available to show the vehicle when I arrived. Drove the 20 miles to get there only to be told the car had been transferred to another lot. That was bad enough but what ticked me off more was to learn that there would have been a dealer fee of around $700 had I purchased the vehicle. So, what initially looked like a good deal and a positive promotion for them has turned into this negative review. Way to go Reed! On a positive note, the salesman was very nice and sorry for the inconvenience. He offered to have the car brought back but with the additional fee it wasn't worth going back for. More

Wrong information I went to this dealer looking for a Rogue. I tested the one I wanted. My salesperson was Dimian. On the window there was a sign with no warranty as I went to this dealer looking for a Rogue. I tested the one I wanted. My salesperson was Dimian. I asked Damian he the about he inrmed me that was a Florida law but because the car was only 3 years old with 38,000 miles I stil had a two years left bumper to bumper warranty. We decided to pick up the car the next day. When we were ready to sign papers the financial person offered me a two year warranty I inform him I was not interested because I had two years left bumper to bumper from manufacturer. He said I did not I told him that’s what I was told and this was the reason I agree to the deal. Manager came in and told me a new one only have a 3 years bumper to bumper or 36000. I told him I was given the wrong information and if they can work something out with us. Since I wasted my time and misinformed. He check with the manager and told me they could not help me because it was the salesperson miscommunication. What type of dealer don’t vouch for their employees if they make a mistake? Why is the customers false for miscommunication? Before you negotiate read between the lines and ask in writing for any promise warranty. More

All I wanted was a simple oil change and tire rotation I never thought that a simple oil change and tire rotation at the service center would lead to one of the most terrifying driving experiences I’ve eve I never thought that a simple oil change and tire rotation at the service center would lead to one of the most terrifying driving experiences I’ve ever had! On the way home after leaving the dealership (a couple of miles), the front tire FLEW OFF, narrowly missing a head-on collision into oncoming vehicles! Also, I nearly lost control when the front end crashed down, and also was close to a head-on crash, before managing to get the car off the roadway. Initially, after returning to the dealership to report what happened the customer service rep was very concerned and stated after checking the "recording" they could see the technician failed to tighten the lug nuts which of course lead to the wheel flying off. They stated they fired the technician and we're going to take care of this, even saying they would possibly provide us with a brand new vehicle due to the fact the van was itself, brand new. They said they would contact us in the next couple of days. (Which they did not.) However, after the "higher-ups" started getting involved, their tone changes and thus starts all the "legal" jargon and backpedaling. But this is where it gets absolutely infuriating. The General Manager had the absolute nerve to state, "Of course, none of us were with your client after they took delivery of the van, so I am not sure there would be 100% proof we would be at fault." "I am not insinuating your client did this, but there are multiple cases to where customers have rigged vehicles after delivery to try and get something for free, or to unwind out of a deal." REALLY??? You're not insinuating? Actually, you ARE insinuating, and now insulting me! Further to get out of fault and to minimize the possible severity of what could have happened, he even linked to a "Reddit thread" showing how common it is for dealerships to not tighten down lug nuts. Is that supposed to make me feel better??? Actually, it EMPHASIZES my point!! Suppose I got on the turnpike instead of a back road? Suppose I was going 70 mph when my tire flew off into on-coming traffic in the opposite lane on the turnpike?? The fact that it is common is supposed to make me and my family feel better if I or someone else DIED due to something like this? So now that all the backpedaling has started, they are trying to get ME to have my insurance to pay for it, but they could, "reimburse" me. WHAT A DEAL! My monthly insurance premiums get to skyrocket, while they cover "cost", plus, I no longer have a new vehicle so I take a hit on the resale. No thanks. I can only state it was the worse service experience I’ve ever had!! STAY AWAY!! More
