BUYERS BEWAREDid ample research, knew exactly what I BUYERS BEWARE Did ample research, knew exactly what I wanted when I went here. Specifically asked for a safe reliable vehicle for my large family. BUYERS BEWARE Did ample research, knew exactly what I wanted when I went here. Specifically asked for a safe reliable vehicle for my large family. Were assured the vehicle underwent 22 point inspection as we wanted a certified preowned vehicle, and even sold us an "extended warranty". The vehicle was still under manufacturer warranty and were assured the vehicle was not in any accident. We were given an autocheck stating the same. Shortly after purchasing, we started having issues with our front headlights. We took it to a dealership to do a warranty repair on the vehicle as that type of issue was supposed to be covered still. They take the light out and start looking at the electrical and say that a botched job of splicing was done and the frame was bent and even if they fixed it, it would eventually happen again as the frame would push the wire and it will rub until it starts to short again. The dealership refused to do a warranty repair as the vehicle was obviously in a major accident. We called Autocheck to have them give us updated information. To our horror the car apparently was in a major front end collision prior to our purchase of it, and multiple airbag deployment. I immediately called the dealership and we were brought to the manager of Robert. I asked him straight up if he could guarantee that the airbags are in my vehicle that supposedly had the 22-point inspection and a safe vehicle for my family of 5... and he said he could not. I went back and forth with him for a while, he compared a scratch on his wife's Mercedes to our multi airbag deployment crash and gave us no resolution. We were told we could get into a new Parhfinder. Despite being unrealistic with 2 car seats, after being so exhausted by the constant repairs we agreed to this and they then took this offer back and we would have had to pay more for the vehicle they said we'd be able to for the same price. We are once again having mechanical issues associated with the accident. Cracked engine mount, blown engine gaskets, cracked windshield wiper reservoir, and leaking coolant(gaskets). We regularly service the vehicle and have done nothing to exacerbate mechanical issues. We are still under the "warranty". We scheduled a service appointment drove all the way there and are told they need to keep the car for a week and MAY be covered by the warranty. Upon driving home as they said no rental was available, smell odor coming from the engine. Low and behold the technician didn't put the cover back on the coolant and it spewed everywhere. We asked to speak to the owner on multiple occasions and were denied this request as we can't imagine he'd be okay with how we've been treated. Also note: the manager was extremely condescending/rude and when I mentioned USAA saying they might remove their relationship with the dealership as they were unhappy about how we were treated. He flippantly said it's a mutually beneficial relationship and they are welcome to do whatever they want. More

We were very impressed with the professionalism of our sales person (Levert). You could tell from the very first minute that he cared about our experience and that he wanted us to know as much as we could about the car that we eventually purchased. This was followed by a fair deal offered by the Mgmt and Finance Team, as well. Terrific experience and they stayed open late to make sure we were able to drive home with our vehicle that night. I highly recommend these guys. More

Great Shopping/Purchase Experience I've been researching for a new car for a while and saw that there were several possibilities at Reed Nissan in Clermont. I decided to go (not to purc I've been researching for a new car for a while and saw that there were several possibilities at Reed Nissan in Clermont. I decided to go (not to purchase) but to narrow down the possibilities on my list. I was warmly greeted by Mr. Rudy Gil. He was so helpful and informative; even after i told him that i was undecided and might not purchased a vehicle. He helped me to compare and test drive 3 vehicles on my list. He was very knowledgeable and understanding- letting me know what one car offered and didn't. What made this experience a great one was that he listened to all of my concerns (and quirks) and was able to help me find the PERFECT car for me. I am so happy and relieved that this wasn't the horrible, pressured, dishonest experience that i dreaded, and ended up being a positive and rewarding one! When it was time to finance, Mr. Abide was very patient and professional. He explained (in great detail) my financing options and add-ons available. He even stepped out of the room so my husband and i could privately discuss our options. There was no pressure, and i felt comfortable and confident in the entire process. This has by far been the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Thank you! More
