First I have mention that Reed Lallier is an exception Organization. I want express my sincere appreciation for the assistance from this dealership (and via GM) for providing warranty service and a "comp Organization. I want express my sincere appreciation for the assistance from this dealership (and via GM) for providing warranty service and a "complementary first vehicle servicing" for my vehicle. I had a defective leather seat backing, service light/computer problem, a peeling interior silver door handle and a second time repair or replacement of the driver side front headlamp assembly. I am indebted to the dealership; they have earned my respect first through four new vehicle purchases within the past 24-months, but also with the First Class Customer Service after the sale. This is the best experience and customer service I have ever received from any vehicle dealership. Bobby was courteous, and continuously updated me with 1-2 phone calls updating me about what had to be done to repair the vehicle. He immediately put me into a rental but since parts had to be ordered, it was exceptionally well received that he phoned to keep me apprised of when to expect my Cobalt's return - Reed Lallier and Bobby actually exceeded their predictions of service time completion/return of the vehicle. Initially, Elaine took me to Bobby and she also followed up with me and made me feel welcomed and important (most dealership's have personnel that are just make you feel afraid/worried about what the cost is going to be or you don't trust them). At Reed Lallier, I now know I can trust their Service Department - this in addition to the trust I place in Mike Lallier who has actually played a part in each deal for a new car purchase. GM should know that this dealership is A+. I can say this as I once worked for dealership as a sales consultant and I left the car business based on how that Nissan dealership talked about customers within the Dealership. Reed Lallier is a place where the customer service department is just as good as the new car sales department - they treat you fairly; they give the customer a fair deal or honest after sales service support. I am always pleased with the service department because they treat me like family. When I drove up to drop my truck off for service (warranty work) Murphy remembered my name. That was impressive. She checked over my paperwork and checked to see also if there were any safety recalls that might need fixing or replacing while I was there. When I picked up my truck, she told me what was wrong and they fixed it. She was also nice enough to let me know what my next service needed to be done was. What impressed me the most was she actually asked me if I was still happy with my truck that I purchased from Reed-Lallier? I told her it was my second truck and yes, I am most happy with it. Poor service quality. I have had to have most of the warranty repairs done there repeated at another dealership. Would never purchase a vehicle from there as they are not willing to truly work out a de warranty repairs done there repeated at another dealership. My car now has more problems than before and the original problem has yet to be completely fixed. This dealer wants to charge me $60 every time they look at my car for the problem they were supposed to fix i problem has yet to be completely fixed. This dealer wants to charge me $60 every time they look at my car for the problem they were supposed to fix in the first place and it seems like every time I bring the car in for them to look at the problems get worse or my car starts doing things that it didn't do before I brought it back in! All I keep getting is the "run around" and someone different to talk to that tries to explain my cars problem to me like i'm completely ignorant when it comes to what's wrong with my car and what it needs to be fixed...I of course have done my research and know fully well what it would take to fix my car and just would like this dealer to fix my car as i've already paid them around $800 for a repair that I was told would be just under $400. I have since taken my car to a different mechanic for a FREE second opinion and was told Reed Lallier basically doesn't want to stand behind their "work" or "commitment to customer satisfaction"...and NO Reed Lallier I do not want to buy a new car from you nor will you ever touch my car again. There's nothing wrong with driving a used car. Do you not stand behind the very product you are trying to "sell me on" again? NO THANKS! More
On November 9th, my truck would not start. I was at a local car wash when Mr. Quinn pulled in and I asked him if he would assist me. He was incredibly helpful in jumping the battery but then also offered to have my truck (which was not a Chevrolet) looked over by his service department. Once I pulled in, Ms. Graham was already waiting for me with a smile. She then immediately had my truck looked over by their very fast and efficient service staff. Ms. Craig explained what my options were to repair my truck in a very kind and tremendously respectful manner. I cannot say enough good things about the people that helped me that day. They made what could have been a very bad day... a very blessed one. Thank you. More
