BAIT AND SWITCH I RECEIVED A COUPON FOR A $99.95 BRAKE JOB. I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.WHEN THE SERVICE PERSON FOUND OUT I HAD A 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA HE SAID I C I RECEIVED A COUPON FOR A $99.95 BRAKE JOB. I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.WHEN THE SERVICE PERSON FOUND OUT I HAD A 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA HE SAID I COULD NOT USE THE COUPON, IT WAS FOR GM CARS ONLY. I TOLD HIM SINCE THIS WAS NOT PRINTED ON THE COUPON I WOULD LIKE THAT STATEMENT IN WRITING. HE SAID THE GENERAL MANAGER WOULD CALL ME. I TOLD HIM HE COULD JUST EMAIL ME THE STATEMENT IF HE LIKED. I NEEDED IT FOR MY COMPLAINT TO THE NC ATTORNEY GENERAL. THE NEXT MORNING I WAS RUDELY AWKENED BY A MAN CLAIMING TO BE THE GENERAL MANAGER AT 7:50 AM! NO APOLOGY FOR WAKING ME EITHER. HE ASKED ME WHAT MY QUESTION WAS? HE WAS TOLD TO CALL ME AND THAT WAS ALL. WHEN I EXPLAINED HE SAID IF HE COULD GET THE AC DELCO PARTS, THEY COULD DO MY BRAKES AND HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME. IT IS NOW 8:30 PM AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. THE COUPON EXPIRES TOMORROW,APRIL 30, 2014. I DO NOT RECCOMEND REED-LALLIER TO PURCHASE OR SERVICE A CAR. THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO BE CONSUMER "FRIENDLY". THE SERVICE PERSON ASKED ME SUCH QUESTIONS AS: HOW MANY MILES ON YOUR CAR? (ABOUT 33,000) WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR BRAKES? (IF I KNEW THAT I COULD PROABLY FIX THEM MYSELF!) Not only did we find the service department, we traded our 2013 Equinox in on a 2014 Malibu. With Dewayne's patience, and after hours of looking, we were able to find the exact car we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. Couldn't ask for better salesman and better dealership. My car was experiencing some whining noises when I drove it. I brought it into Reed-Lallier, the dealership we purchased this car from to find out what the issue was. Within an hour Bobby had the issue with it. I brought it into Reed-Lallier, the dealership we purchased this car from to find out what the issue was. Within an hour Bobby had the issue with the car and everything priced out for me, even got me into a rental(thanks Enterprise) since this was our only mode of transportation. Come to find out the issue with my car were a little more complicated, but Bobby kept us updated daily on the progress of the car. I am very happy to report when I picked up my car it drives and handles like a brand new car. More
Will was extremely friendly and professional, after telling him it was my wife's vehicle he tailored the conversation towards her, took her for a test drive so she could explain the problems she was ha telling him it was my wife's vehicle he tailored the conversation towards her, took her for a test drive so she could explain the problems she was having and being with her he could understand. After checking the vehicle, called her to give her an estimate, before starting on the repairs. When completed, took her on another test drive to see if she was satisfied. Estimate was close to actual bill. We have put over 300 miles on it since then, vehicle drives like new. More

My experience with reed lalier chevrolet was due to a recall on the fuel pump module. This morning I brought my truck in for an appointment to the Reed Lalier Service Dept. Bobby Dwyer comes walking up. There was no hand shake or proper greeting from him. In fact, he was accompanied by a the Reed Lalier Service Dept. Bobby Dwyer comes walking up. There was no hand shake or proper greeting from him. In fact, he was accompanied by a woman who asked me if I had moon shine in my cup because she said she needed a drink. I thought this to be wierd. But, at least her voice and demeanor was friendly in nature. Bobby Dwyer was very argumentative and disrespectful in his tone and completely lacked friendliness the whole time we discussed my truck. Instantly I felt more like a prisoner instead of a customer. and it seemed I could not even talk without him responding in a rude un-professional way. The guy acted like he was the smartest person on the planet but his people skills were very weak. He brought me inside the office with an attitude and never received the first smile from this "service" provider. I came in with a few things on my truck I wanted checked out. Basically I wanted a 24 point inspection and for the pros to tell me what they found. Well, He decides to try and get me to sign for $390 worth the diagnosis fees to check a window leak, brakes/ wheel hub and air conditioner. I came in with the intentions to possibly pay $100 for my extended warranty to cover some things on my truck. But, I must say it wasn't the price of his fees that bothered me as much as his attitude and demeanor. I probably would have paid it. He does not need to be interacting with people at a dealership in my opinion with his rude tone and lack of friendliness. I say put him in the back room and let him use his knowledge there. Either way this was a very rude and disrespectful morning where I was treated like a prisoner not a customer at The Reed Lallier Chevrolet Service Department. I hope to never see that man again. Please take your truck or car somewhere else. More
