Don't know why I have to ask for MY parts back BEFORE they work on it, when I own the car and every part that's in the car. I didn't have time to wait for they to "find" the parts that I had replaced. B they work on it, when I own the car and every part that's in the car. I didn't have time to wait for they to "find" the parts that I had replaced. But throwing away or keeping parts without asking us is stealing. I shouldn't have to ask for my own stuff back. It should be the other way around. Also, called a week 1/2 to make sure they would could work on my car if I bought my own parts, since it wasn't a GM. But when I got to my appointment they act like they wasn't sure. Then try to charge me double the price I was told over the phone for fuel injection cleaning and replace spark plugs and 1 coil. So I could only afford one thing done, because I only brought the amount I was told over the phone. More

The service people were sensitive to our dire situation and provided immediate diagnosis and repair for a serious transmission problem in our Suburban. Despite supply chain delays, they repaired the Suburban in less time than we thought possible. They thoroughly explained the problem and kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle. Both Kevin, the Service Advisor, and Gene, the transmission specialist, were impressive: both are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly - they earned our trust. More
To start I was a loyal costumer of Reed-Lallier but not anymore since they refuse to work on my Chevrolet Trailblazer. I drove 2 hours from Greensboro NC back home to take my vehicle to get it fixed, the anymore since they refuse to work on my Chevrolet Trailblazer. I got there, I told them what was going on, they took the truck and the next day I get a call that the battery was low on charge. So i brought them a new battery, while i was on the road with the new battery I get a call that they didn't wanted to touch my truck. I beg the service manager to take a look at my truck, I sign a waiver that if something brakes i was responsible for the damage. Next day passed and I get another call that they did not want to fixed my vehicle. The original problem was that my vehicle did not wanted to crank up. I took the truck back home and it sat on my home for 2 months. I decided to work on it with my brother in law and 3 hrs later my truck had a bad starter. Very bad that a Chevy dealer can fixed a Chevy truck More
The Dealership are crooks, car brought to them for recall part. They said that was not the reason why car would not start. Found something else wrong . Fixing recall cost nothing and they did not offer a ren part. They said that was not the reason why car would not start. Found something else wrong . Matt Davis is the one who took the car for a recall service it lasted a whole day and a half to get it back when he returned it they gave the car running and said they had trouble putting the parts ba service it lasted a whole day and a half to get it back when he returned it they gave the car running and said they had trouble putting the parts back together and now the car is vibrating when I start the engine I went back and told them the problem he didn’t want to take responsibility and tried charging me a $500 diagnostic test to tell me what was wrong when I actually brought the car fully functional without a problem just to get a recall fix and now I have to figure out what they did to it. Would not recommend at all. More

I have used this dealership's service dept in the past and it has always been pleasant. My recent visit was awful. I took my car in for service to the tune of $1800. Two days later the car broke down for and it has always been pleasant. My recent visit was awful. I took my car in for service to the tune of $1800. Two days later the car broke down for a different reason and I took it back and left it for repair. I was given an estimate of $1900 to replace a catalytic converter and was told it would be 7-10 days for the part to arrive. On day 7 I began calling every other day to check on the part. Each time the response was "I said I would call you". None of my calls were returned; when I did talk to the service advisor it was because I called repeatedly until she answered the phone. After three weeks of waiting for the part I gave up. I went in and told the service advisor that three weeks was long enough to wait for a part and that I was picking the car up. I was stunned when she angrily replied "I ASSURE you we aren't sitting around doing nothing". She did not speak to me again while I waited for my car to be brought to me; no explanation or apology. Choose your service advisor carefully. It can make all the difference. Lela was rude and incompetent. I do not believe she should ever be allowed to work with customers. A poor representative for Reed Lallier. More
