I looked at several dealerships when considering cars and all of the local dealerships were extremely unknowlegable about the car I was considering (to the point that they just said "I have no idea, lets go all of the local dealerships were extremely unknowlegable about the car I was considering (to the point that they just said "I have no idea, lets go see if I can find the manual", or tried to offer me features and colors that aren't even available on that model). Some vastly inflated their price and gave me excuses like "well, we just sold one at $10,000 over sticker so we feel that is what the market can bear right now". I extended my search and went with Reed Lallier even though they were considerably farther from my home because they were willing to work with me, went to extremes to get the exact vehicle I wanted, and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Their price was excellent, and their customer service was amazing. Even though they are much farther (2 hours vs. 5 minutes drive) I will continue to go to them for accessories and would absolutely consider them for future purchases. More
I purchased my Chevy Tahoe new in 2007. I've been very pleased with the professionalism and attention your service department has given me. I've had some problems that has taken some time to correct and pleased with the professionalism and attention your service department has given me. I've had some problems that has taken some time to correct and may still have some, but each time that I've brought the problems back to the attention of the service consultant they've been very helpful to the utmost possible way. I was very pleased with the salesman that sold me the Tahoe in 2007. I can't recall his name at this time, but had it not been for him, I would probably purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Overall very pleased with our experience at Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. They worked to help us get everything we wanted in our new Camaro. I have not been inpressed by dealerships located in the Fayetteville ar Chevrolet. They worked to help us get everything we wanted in our new Camaro. I took my car in on July 8th because my check engine light came on, I got a phone call saying that they could fix the problem, that my car needed a fuel injection cleaning and service on the valves, I p light came on, I got a phone call saying that they could fix the problem, that my car needed a fuel injection cleaning and service on the valves, I paid $495 when I picked the car up July 9th. Then on 13th the check engine light came back on for the same problem. The car was never fixed. This dealership has never been able to accurately fix the problems I have had with any vehicles that I have purchased from them. Now I'm out $495 and the problem is still not fixed. I took the car back to them today 7/15 and it is the exact same problem but now they want me to pay for the services again. I am highly upset because I have to keep wasting money when I was told that they fixed the problem. More
Excellent dealer. I took delivery of my Corvette Z06 purchased through the Military Exchange new car sales program in July of 2003 and they have been my point of contact for all scheduled and unschedule purchased through the Military Exchange new car sales program in July of 2003 and they have been my point of contact for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on my vehicle. They are truly an asset to the Chevrolet brand and a fine example of what a GM dealer should be. Both their sales and service staff are knowledgable and experienced with Corvettes and are very military friendly. I will be purchasing my next Corvette through Reed-Lallier when I return from next deployment. More
Came into the dealership on a Saturday for service, vehicle was inspected w/the service writer; no damage found and was noted on the invoice. Vehicle returned and inspected again with the service writer, damage found. Dealership would not accept fault nor even contact the General Manager to tell him of the situation - told me to contact my insurance to have it taken care of and asked me to leave. Have contacted the dealership several times and gotten the run around, never talking to the same person twice. Asked to talk to Mr. Lallier himself and was either put on hold, told he was out or they hung up. Simple damage for them to correct as its a GM vehicle and they are a GM dealer. Not to mention they jointly inspected the vehicle prior to taking control of it stated no damage found and then they jointly inspected it again before I took control and found damage and it’s all on their original invoice. More
