JJ answered all of our questions honestly and did not try to push any vehicle on us he let us tell him what we were interested in. When we found the vehicle we wanted,JJ worked hard to help us get the best deal on it that fit within our budget. He even guaranteed our satisfaction of the vehicle to make sure there were no problems with it when we took it home. I was there for a safety inspection. They took the car, I sat for 2 hours. Then someone came me the car failed. It needed a serpentine belt so they said, but I was not shown any proof. When Mr. Wallace returned with my car, he wouldn't even look at me. When I got in my car there was a panel underneath the glove box dangling by some wires. I told the cashier. The car was taken somewhere again and when it came back, it was still the same. He still did not have the nerve to tell me to my face. The cashier told me he said he didn't do that, it was already like that! WRONG ANSWER!!!! HE STRAIGHT LIED! It was not like that. I left mad as xxxx and I'm still mad. They had the nerve to charge me $12.75. More

If you remember, I distinctly told you that the service you showed was exemplary. My contact with Mark was also a great experience, and like you said he went out of his way to make this odd process a lot easier on my brother and my entire family. Sadly, that is about ALL THE GOOD I CAN SAY ABOUT REED LALLIER! After I agreed to purchase the vehicle at the quoted price and trade in, I immediately left to bring back the Power of Attorney and returned in less than an hour. Upon arriving there - I WAITED FOR THREE HOURS!!!!!! Only to find out after being told "I'm going to process this and get you out of here in 10 minutes," changed to "I'm sorry, I have to give this to the General Manager and let him decide what to do." Mind you, after waiting for three hours and NO....LET ME STRESS NO CONTACT EXCEPT TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WERE OTHERS BEFORE ME, AND THAT WE ARE WORKING ON GETTING THE TRUCK CLEANED AND GET YOU OUT OF HERE. At which point, I LEFT AND WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!!! Furthermore, I will ensure that EVERYONE my family comes into contact with knows that Reed Lallier cannot handle business professionally, appropriately, nor with the service members of the United States Military that just wanted to buy a truck. BY the way, it was so nice to see the people that could have helped me, or even told me this information earlier, take multiple smoke breaks, joke with each other, and have fun. ALL WHILE I WAITED, AND WAITED, AND WAITED FOR NOTHING. I have never in my life seen such a disorganized mess of unprofessional people whose own salaries depend on if they sell a vehicle. Sadly for Mark, this is one sale HE WILL MISS due to his counterparts and sales leadership from this evening. At this point, I am beyond speechless, but NOT beyond sending out a broadcast email through military channels to inform others to NOT buy a vehicle from Reed Lallier and recount how a fellow service member was simply trying to buy a vehicle from a bunch of moronic, chain smoking, xxxxxxxx who wouldn't go the extra mile to make a sale. Maybe they had just waited too late in the evening and just didn't want to mess with it. Maybe it was because it was beyond their IQ to rationalize that an honest family was trying to do the right thing by their family member. Maybe it was just because they were lazy and didn't give a xxxx. Whatever their poor reasoning was combined with their inability to make a concrete decision, or even politely ask someone to come back tomorrow so that their time was NOT WASTED. I guess doing the RIGHT THING was a little too difficult. Let me assure you of one thing, poor press among the military carries a lot of weight in this town, and I will make sure Reed Lallier is known for their poor service, attitudes, and work ethic. For good measure, I would highly encourage you to explain to others who may come to buy a vehicle from you, that they shouldn't waste their time. I was in town visiting a family member stationed at Ft. Bragg and my vehicle started making a noise. Being unfamiliar with the area - I took it to the Sears for inspection. They performed some work on it but then I had an additional problem that arose. Sears was unable to handle the repair and referred me to Reed-Lallier. Heather took the time to listen to my problem and worked quickly to diagnosis it. She then explained the problem and they worked quickly to rectify it. I had a 7 hour drive home and wanted to take no chances with the repair. If I were a resident of the area I would definately use them again. My vehicle is fine and am sorry I did not know about them prior to my Sears visit! Thank you!!!!!! More
My husband is deployed and I was buying a truck from this dealership. I was welcomed by everyone and Mr. O'Grady took the time to show me vehicles and test drive them. It took me about 3 days to make up my mind but Mr. O'Grady took very good care of me & worked with me, as far as my POA & and even coming in on his day off to wrap up some paper work. I have only been a customer for about two weeks but by the 2nd day, everyone greeted me with my name, which is very impressive. Making a big decision without my husband being there was alittle nerve wracking but we got everything taken care of. I went into the dealership Friday and as a token of my appreciation I bought a cake & thank you card. It was the least I could do for everyone, especially Mr. O'Grady, who helped me through the process. We purchased 2 vehicles from Reed Lallier a year ago. Last night we had a problem with the ignition and the car would not turn off. I called Reed Lallier to see if anybody could help us out. Mr Barco told me to bring the car in and he will take care of us. My wife and I drove to the dealership around 8:30 in the evening and Mr Barco did not waste anytime taking care of us. I feel that Mr Barco went above and beyond his duties as a Sales Manager in ensuring that we were squared away. The service and professionalism that Mr Barco showed last night should not go without praise. From the initial sales, to follow-ups, to service, Reed Lallier truly cares about their customers.
