When we received our new truck, we were given so much valuable and excellent information on how to operate it from Bob Lanford and Phill Cannady. They are a great team working together to make sure that we are completely satisfied and know our new truck from top to bottom. They took so much time to make sure that we understood everything and knowing that we will probably have many questions in the future, they have offered their contact information for us to follow up with questions/issues that may arise. Poor service quality. I have had to have most of the warranty repairs done there repeated at another dealership. Would never purchase a vehicle from there as they are not willing to truly work out a de warranty repairs done there repeated at another dealership.
