Good Afternoon Mr. Butler, Customer Service is extremely important to me and to the rest of our employees at Reed-Lallier and we take reviews like yours very seriously. I have taken the steps to research the encounter with you and our service reps and have also reached out to you on several occasions to see that we handle this properly. I made two phone calls to you on July 2, the day this review came into me and we talked briefly on my second call and I had asked you to please call me back as you were busy with family at that time. I then sent you an email on Friday, July 5 at 5:19 p.m. to try and connect on this matter and we still haven't had that opportunity.
