We decided to trade vehicles this past week again and this is the only dealership that I like to deal with because I never have any problems here. I know that if Bob Lanford is involved with the deal it this is the only dealership that I like to deal with because I never have any problems here. Also this was the first time with dealing with Eric Watts as the salesman, he was surprisingly good. No offense, just so used to always solely dealing with Bob Lanford on everything. Because we went to another dealership about a month and a half ago. We set and waited four over three hours just for them to tell us they could not help us. So this time I wanted to try a dealership closer t half ago. We set and waited four over three hours just for them to tell us they could not help us. So this time I wanted to try a dealership closer to our home. As soon as we got there we was greeted by John Wyatt and right away he lead me to the truck we seen on the internet. John was very helpful he was very up front with us, after that him and his manager worked their magic and three hours later we drove off the lot with our new truck. This experience was a total disaster. I went in to purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. I was allowed to take the vehicle home for the night after completing the necessary paperwork with the understan purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. I was allowed to take the vehicle home for the night after completing the necessary paperwork with the understanding that everything was fine. The next day I was contacted by the Finance department and told that there was an issue with the paperwork and that the deal had not gone through. I was told that I would have to put down cash when the initial agreement was $0 down. I specifically told the FINANCE DEPARTMENT that I did not want to leave the dealership with the vehicle unless the deal was 100% final. I told the finance department that "I did not want to have to bring the vehicle back". Sam, my salesman was awesome, but the finance department was horrific. Being active duty military for over 20 years with a TIER 1 credit score, I find this experience totally unsatisfactory and will never ever be back again. Like I said, Sam was great, he did his job well. It was not his fault at all. I don't understand how the finance department can go from needing "$4,000", to "$2000" to even "$1000" down on a $60,000 vehicle. I can understand if I needed to put down $10,000, but to go from needing $4k down to $1K makes zero sense to me. I then went to Powers Swain Chevy and bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Tahoe LTZ for almost $4000 less with zero down. My advice to Reed Lallier is to send your guys over to Powers Swain and take notes on how to treat customers.I'm sure that would get you more business.I changed my mind. I will return to Reed Lallier. I want to show them my BRAND NEW 2013 Tahoe LTZ. Thanks to Sam, you did your job well, but your finance department screwed you over on your commission. I have a 2010 Equinox and it neeeded a complete engine replacement due to internal engine warranty issues. the entire process was exceptional! Catherine and Robie (service techs)took care of evrythi replacement due to internal engine warranty issues. the entire process was exceptional! Catherine and Robie (service techs)took care of evrything and all I had to do was show up and get my loaner vehicle. After the new engine replacement the vehicle was washed and cleaned. I walked in, grabbed the keys and was out of the dealership in 10 minutes. What an amazing experience. I could not believe how painless it was as I was prepared for the worst. On a Friday I called Reed Lallier Chevrolet to make an appointment to have my car appraised and possibly trade it in for a 2004 Chevy Colorado crew cab. Gerard set me an appointment for the next morning at 10 am. I arrived and John Harris immediately got somebody working on evaluating my car while we looked for the truck I was considering. Took us about 10 minutes to find it. It was having new brake pads put on. It was on a lift so I could not see inside of it. But I knew right away that it wasn't what I wanted. On their website it showed a 4 door truck and this was a three door. John tried to tell my husband and I that it was a 4x4 and my husband got an attitude with him saying that "she's going to be driving on the road not in dirt, i doubt she needs a 4x4." I was kind of aggirvated at this point. The place seemed totally unorganized. John stayed with us while we looked around some more. I saw a Chevy Silverado that I liked but was way out of my price range. John took us inside to look on their website to see if they had any that were cheaper. We found one that I fell in love with. John immediately started searching for it 20 minutes later he comes back and says that he found it. So we walked all the way to the back of the lot to this beautiful truck. It was locked so my husband became Mr. Mechanic and started inspecting everything. Once it finally won his approval John went on another hunt for the keys. 10 minutes later he drives up in the truck for us to drive. When we got back they had finished with my car and gave me a price, which I wasnt to thrilled about. Granted my car was an 02 it was in really good condition. I voiced my opinion to John and once again he took off. We waited for about 5 minutes and he came back with a price of 2000 more than the first offer. At this point I was sold. Even though the place seemed a little discombobulated I was treated fairly and my opinions were taken into consideration. John Harris was very helpful and despite all the running around he had to do he never got flusterd and was always smiling. Thank you Reed Lallier and John Harris for putting me into my truck and making me one very happy girl. More

Bob Lanford explained,in detail,just what we were getting and Adam Hart got us the financing we needed at the rate we wanted. The whole team was, in my opinion, the most efficient I have worked with since my last new vehicle. I will definitely recommend Reed-Lallier to family and friends. More

After some persistence and wonderful customer service from Emanuel, I left with my very first ever brand new car! Thanks again to persistence, I was able to get approved thru a different lender with a lower interest rate than what I had walked in the door with. Kendrick was very knowledgable and easy to work with when it came to financing and actually signing the paperwork. Both of these employees are great at what they do and thanks to my experience, I plan on making future purchases with Reed Lallier. More
