After having it for less than 60 days we decided that the payment was to high and we couldn't afford it anymore. When my husband went back into the dealership his sales person VESTAL OR KNOWN AS V, acted as if he was a whipped pup. Hmm I wonder why? Probably because he knew he was taking HARD EARNED MONEY FROM A SOLDIER!! Anyway 56,000 for a 2013 silverado. He traded in a 2013 jeep wrangler that was lifted and tricked out. He gave my hubby 24 grand for the jeep. When we called back about the trade in we were shocked to hear that the truck had depreciated 26,000 dollars just within two months. So not only did they say that he wasn't talking Real Money the General Manager hung up the phone. Wow how unprofessional. I'm very mad that my husband spent one year overseas saving every dime he made to come home and trust reed lallier with his business for them to take his money and rip him off to this extent. I'm ashamed that they are located near a military base and have soldiers as customers. I'm trying to let everyone in Fayetteville know to PLEASE take your business to Powers Swain where they will treat you right and no way would they take a 24000 dollar jeep plus 26000 of your money and pretend it isn't real. Here's a message to vee and the general mangers. You guys need to get real. How about you put on the camo and dodge bullets for a year to come home and invest it in rip off artists such as yourself, then see who is asking who what's real!!!! I feel like this business doesn't even deserve one star. Not to mention that we reached out to the owner. Who has still yet to return our phone call. I feel like it's so wrong for this to be legal. I hope that I can spread the word to everyone. Please do not trust these scammers. More
We just purchased our 2nd traverse from Reed Lallier and will be back in 3 years for our 3rd. Vehicle service department is good at what they do and has always met our service needs. My husband and I had tossed around the idea of buying a new vehicle for the past year or two. Neither of us ever walked away from the dealerships feeling comfortable enough to take the step in purchasing a vehicle. So needless to say when my husband told me Friday that we were going to Reed-Lallier on Saturday, I thought "here we go again". Sensing my apprehension he assured me that he had already met a salesman, "Ray Johnson" that genuinely impressed him during a visit to the dealership with a friend. When we got to the dealership my husband asked for Ray and rather quickly there he was greeting my husband like an old friend and greeting me like a new one. Ray was indeed very friendly, professional yet down to earth and very knowledgeable. My husband and I both felt confident after talking with Ray about our wants, needs and financing that he would help us get the better deal and he DID. We ended up paying less for the vehicle thanks to incentives we hadn't known of, got more than anticipated for a trade in & ended up with a lower APR! WOW!!! Through the whole buying process we saw nothing but smiling faces and had good vibes from both staff and customers. This was BY FAR the BEST EVER vehicle buying experience we've ever had.
