My experience at Reed-Lallier was outstanding from the time I got out of my vehicle in the parking lot to the time I drove away in our new vehicle. He took extreme diligence in finding out exactly what I needed at the time as oppose to trying to get me in a vehicle which suited his needs. Once he knew what I wanted he then took the undertaking to a above and beyond level in that he educated me about my particular vehicle of interest. This was rare because I could tell that he wasn't trying to sell me a car first, but enable me as a consumer in the market to make a quality informed decision; this gained my trust in Dwayne as a person. That is why I stuck around and chose to hear more and let Dwayne take the reigns as the subject matter expert on Chevrolet Suburbans. He was very knowledgeable about the financing process. I initially went there to price Camaro convertibles. I spoke with on sales person that I was not very impressed with. I came back a few days later and he was busy with someone else so I got to work with R spoke with on sales person that I was not very impressed with. I work in the Army in a field that required not only interpersonal skills, but also the ability to recognize those skills in others. Ray was just a great guy. Yes, he is a salesperson and is there to make a profit, but the next time I go there, i will refuse to work with anyone else. He was very honest and straight forward. I felt that he felt obligated to be as transparent as possible and because of that I was happy for him to make some money off of my purchase. If you are looking to buy a car and you know you are going to need to go through a sales person, i strongly recommend that you work with Ray. I think most people with feel at peace with him and you wont feel like you need to take a shower after your done. Good job Ray, thanks for your help. The three gentlemen that we had tonight were very helpful and nice. Even though we were there after they closed they were still friendly and helpful I never felt rushed the whole time I was there.They were w and nice. My husband and I had a very good experience today buying our new car. We had not planned to make a purchase today but after spending time talking and test driving cars we decided that we should go ahead and our new car.
